Pros:

La gentilezza della staff che ci ha offferto di usare gratuitamente le nostre camere anche nel pomeriggio mentre aspettavamo il nostro volo che era di notte.
L'hotel ha alcuni dettagli eleganti (ad es. Ascensore) che suggeriscono che fosse bello in anni passati... Oggi, purtroppo, sembra un po' lasciato andare

Cons:

La colazione di fatto non esiste: ci sono solo dei termos di caffè sui tavoli e...forse,ti cucinerebbero qualcosa.
Di fatto la sala era vuota e un po squallida e quindi, pur avendo la colazione inclusa, siamo andati all esterno dell hotel a farla.

Nous avons profité de la situation centrale de l’hôtel.
Pros:

Sa situation dans le centre qui permet des déplacements à pied. Le balcon avec vue sur une rue animée.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner un peu léger, ajouter du jus de fruits et des pancakes.

It located in good location and lot of good restaurants and cafe are nearby. The staffs are also very helpful and hospitality and adjusted and offer for early check in and late check.

Room & Housekeeping:
The room itself was comfortable. The bathroom, bed, and floor were kept clean throughout our stay. However, the table was not cleaned daily, and dust accumulated there. Interestingly, the same lady who cooked breakfast also handled housekeeping duties, and she did a good job overall with cleanliness.

Breakfast:
Breakfast was à la carte. When we arrived at the breakfast area and placed our order, the lady started cooking immediately. While this ensured freshness, the breakfast itself was not very satisfying for me. I felt the options and taste could be improved.

Front Office Staff:
The front office staff smiled and were pleasant only during check-in and check-out. On other days, their attitude was less welcoming, with an unpleasant expression and no interaction, which made the experience less warm.

Estaba muy bien ubicado y nos dejó hacer un check out bastante más tarde por un extra. El personal amable. Nos cambiaron las toallas el último día y creo que fue por el extra que pagamos
