We appreciated the helpful attitude of the staff and the care they showed whenever we needed assistance. V hotelu v recepci při příchodu spali dělníci,začali pracovat na recepci přesně v době předávání pokojů, snídaně 300 m od hotelu,nefunkční sprcha,ze záchodu vytékala voda na podlahu,špinavá lednička, nevhodně umístěny ventilátor,vybydlené a rekonstrukce za provozu.personal jsme ráno budili při odjezdu v 5 hodin,snídani balíček nepředali na vše odpovídali nevím, jediná použitelná byla slečna/paní.

The staff really made my stay enjoyable. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, no matter how small the request. The location in Hanoi’s Old Quarter was another big plus, with most places I wanted to visit within walking distance. For anything further away, the staff were happy to help arrange a Grab ride.
Having been to Hanoi a few years ago, I noticed a real difference on this visit, especially when it came to the level of service. The staff seemed genuinely interested in making sure guests were comfortable and dealt with requests without any fuss. I asked for two extra pillows, one of them a low pillow, and they brought them over promptly. Breakfast was another highlight for me as a European, with a good range of choices each morning. The room itself was lovely, with a clean, modern design that made it easy to feel at home.
We really liked the location because it was close to many of the main attractions and made exploring the city easy. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to help when needed. Our room had a lovely city view, which added something special to the stay. Everything was convenient and comfortable, and we had a great experience overall.
The hotel is perfectly located in Hanoi old quarter. We stayed in the sunset terrace suite for our honeymoon. The room was incredible with a huge terrace. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the little attentions they had for us. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice. The Spa is so good, we highly recommend the hot stone massage, very relaxing.

Since we arrived early in the morning, the arranged airport transfer was a big help and saved us from worrying about transport after the flight. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always happy to answer our questions. They helped with our luggage and suggested some interesting places to explore and shops to visit. Their kindness made us feel well looked after throughout the trip.
