위치도 좋고 직원들도 몹시 친절했습니다! 시설이 낙후되긴 했지만 전반적으로 깔끔하게 관리하고 있습니다. 1층 마사지가 다른 곳보다 싸서 투숙하면서 이용했습니다. 카운터 직원인 링 씨는 여행 내내 우리의 친구가 되어 주었습니다. 덕분애 호텔로 귀가하는 길도 즐거웠습니다. 고마워요 링 씨❤️ 체크아웃할 때 돌아가는 길에 밥 대신 먹으라고 과일과 물도 챙겨주었습니다. 또 올게요. 그동안 호텔 직원들도 건강히 잘 지내길 바랍니다!

Я провела здесь трое суток и именно здесь встретила свой день рождения, поэтому эта поездка точно останется у меня в памяти надолго.

Мой муж заранее бронировал для меня этот отель и через сотрудников организовал сюрприз с тортом и свечками. Это было невероятно приятно и очень трогательно. Ребята поздравили меня, подготовили очень вкусный торт и вообще сделали этот день по-настоящему счастливым. Также от отеля мне подарили очень приятный подарок, что было неожиданно и оставило ещё более тёплые впечатления.

Отдельно хочу отметить, насколько здесь клиентоориентированная команда. Сотрудники постоянно интересовались, как я себя чувствую, всё ли мне нравится, нужна ли помощь. Было ощущение не просто отеля, а будто ты приехала в гости к людям, которым действительно важно, чтобы тебе было хорошо.

Они также помогли организовать для меня водителя до стеклянного моста, и это было очень удобно. Когда возникла проблема с кондиционером, её решили очень быстро. Мне даже предложили переехать в другой номер, но мне настолько нравился мой потрясающий вид из окна, что я решила остаться.

Вообще атмосфера здесь очень тёплая, спокойная и заботливая. Огромное спасибо всей команде Tiger Sapa за помощь, внимание и отношение к гостям. Такие места вспоминаются потом с особой теплотой.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und der Service ist einfach super, es wird sich einfach um alles gekümmert.

First of all, I wanna commend the owner of this hotel for being so hands on, helpful, and immensely kind host! He personally greeted us when we arrived and helped us with all of our heavy luggages. He was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay and when we were checking out, he did not just help us with our luggages again but offered to pay for our Grab toll fee. He’s truly one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever bumped into! And because of him, I’ll definitely book his hotel again and again whenever I’m in Sapa!

Also, his hotel is very close to most attractions and establishments. Has massage services downstairs if you need a good relaxation after your trip. This hotel is OUTSTANDING!

Our stay was great! All the staff including the owner were amazing! Our first night had no electricity at 230am but that was due to construction on the electrical pole. The hotel had no control over it. We got power back on after 5pm. We were out exploring all day so it didn't affect us at all. When going to Sapa, expect country living. That's what we wanted. Our hotel and staff took great care of us.

The location is nicer than right at the town center because our balcony opens to the mountain with the rice terrance in the distant view. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Mai (the owner) made arrangements for us to travel from Ha Noi to Sapa at the time of hotel booking and the trip was great. Highly recommend this homey place...great foot massages by the girls from the different local tribes as well. Thank you everyone at Tiger Sapa!

Cozy property. Kind staff willing to help with any of your requests.

The owner is one of the nicest people I've met in my life period. He was always there with a smile on his face, asking how our day was, seeing if we wanted any water, tea, or snacks. They helped us plan our day trips while in Sa Pa, getting us a private taxi to take us to different attractions and recommending the train to go to Fanispan cable car station.

The hotel contacted us a few days before our stay to see if we needed anything. A few days earlier my partner had injured her ankle on a hike and the hotel offered to upgrade our room so that she wouldn't have to take any stairs in the hotel, and we would still have a beautiful view overlooking the valley.

And lastly, when we were leaving we were in a hurry (of our own fault) and we didn't want to miss our bus. We came back to get our luggage, and he packed us a goodie bag to go with snacks and water. We missed our bus but were able to contact the taxi driver from the day before to help us get where we were going. We are definitely coming back to Sa Pa one day, and I know we will be staying here when we do!

Mai and Hong went overboard to make our stay comfortable. I have traveled quite a bit and they are among a very few people i have met with such genuine warmth and sincerity. We had a bus to catch at 10pm and Mai sent us off with water and snacks. I was touched by her gesture. For the price we pay the service is top notch. We had a balcony room for a day and mountain view for the next day. We enjoyed the View of mountains sipping coffee from our balcony. Room and bathroom was neat with all necessary amenities. We had foot, neck and shoulder massage with them and was very satisfied with it. Will definitely recommend Tiger sapa hotel. Thank you Mai and Hong
