Tout : personnel très gentil, réactif et de bons conseils.
La présence d’espace commun confortable oú l’on peut se poser à l’arrivée.
Les chambres très propres et le plus de la nôtre c’est la superbe vue et la baignoire.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. 5 min walk to Sapa Station and city.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the hotel amenities exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and excellent customer service.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would happily stay here again in the future.

Incredible view of the city and valley! Room very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Bathroom great as well with wonderful view. The room has everything you need. Having a bath in the window was very special too. The kitchen also very complete and pretty view. Loved it!!
You can’t reach the property by car and it doesn’t have an elevator. So, if you have many or big suitcases, it’s a hassle. And you must carry yourself because they won’t help you. So recommend travelling light or with backpack instead of wheels.
L'emplacement était parfait, à quelques minutes du centre de Sa Pa, dans un endroit calme. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et bien équipée.
La vue depuis l'hébergement était un peu décevante par rapport aux paysages et aux photos du site
Location was perfect. Close to center, but also quiet in a room. View from window was amazing. Loundry room was very helpful for staying longer. Staff very friendly, even helped with taking luggage to 4th floor. Very happy with the stay.

The view is exceptional. Spacious room, comfortable bed and Duvet. Share facility on 5th floor is very useful. There is free use washing machine (pay of detergent). Kitchen full of equipment plus very nice view. We really enjoy staying here.
The hotel not accessible by car. We need to use stair and slope about 200 meter to hotel. Before arrive we though it's okay but the sleep of the hill is no joke. If you travel with large suitcase(like us) I might not recommend this place unless you are fit and very healthy.
This place is self check in so no one at receptor 24/7 and the front door is always unlock. It make me feel a little worry about leaving luggage at the waiting room.

Не понравилось то, что нельзя доехать на байке . Нужно пешком спускаться по лестнице , довольно прилично идти и еще подниматься на 5 этаж ( туда - сюда не походишь в номер .
Еще очень громко работал насос для воды у соседей или что-то на него похожее . Когда все приняли душ , к ночи стало тихо
The whole accommodation was great! The host was helpful and friendly, there was a kitchen and snacks available as well as a washing machine that could be used for free (laundry detergent was 10k each). It felt like a home, the room was clean and tidy. There was also a bathroom to use after check out before we caught our sleeper bus which was super helpful.
Nothing, however there are a lot of steps down to this property so getting back into the town may be difficult for people with mobility issues

very nice clean rooms, the view from the balcony was beautiful (I just got unlucky with the weather but it was expected), the top floor kitchen has all the amenities. easy to check in, possible to pay by card, people who work there are super friendly and helpful

I knew about the steep road to the home stay so I was mentally prepared and I was sent help to deal with my luggage which was very helpful.
so this is not a minus if you travel light but just keep that in mind

Très bien situé, mais les photos sont vraiment trompeuses ! C’est de loin le logement le moins sympa que j’ai eu !
Chambre vraiment vieillotte, pas conforme aux photos : on dirait + une auberge de jeunesse qu’un hôtel !
