Está muy limpio, con todo lo necesario (jabón, champú, plancha, secador…). Tiene cocina y lavadora
The Mountain View room is exactly what anyone could wish for at this price. The large glass windows give you a beautiful, unobstructed view of the mountains right in front of you, and you can enjoy the scenery all day without even leaving your bed.
The kitchen facilities and washing machine are conveniently located in one place. The kitchen is spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The facilities overall were really good.
Bonus tip: If you book the Mountain View room, the kitchen is right next to your room, which makes everything even more convenient.
Not a deal-breaker at all, but one thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to carry your luggage to the hotel from a certain point. The property is located in an area where you have to descend a few steps before reaching the hotel, so it may be slightly inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.
Other than that, everything was excellent — easily a 10/10 experience.
The staff wasn't polite. The room had absolutely nothing apart from a hard bed and AC. No TV, not even a bedside fridge, no value for money.

Chúng tôi phải đi bộ một quảng đường và qua nhiều bậc thang sau đó lại đi từ tầng 1 lên tầng 5 thật sự điều đó rất mệt mỏi 😊 nếu ai mang nhiều hành lý chắc có lẽ phải xem xét lại
In a great location which takes you into the city. It was self serve which made it easy to check in after our sleeper bus arriving at midnight, only needing to open a locker and get a key allocated to us. Had a nice view of the rice fields. Room was clean and aircon worked well
There was a lot of stairs to get down and up to accomodation which made it hard with suitcases but not at the fault of the property, just to consider for people who would find difficulty getting there

The bath was amazing! Great views and room was exactly how it’s shown online! Staff were so helpful and even let us extend our stay!
Bed was quite hard but was still comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. Great location but lots of steps to get up to the main centre - however the whole of Sa Pa is like this anyway. The only issue we found was rooms are not cleaned during your stay - bins not empties and no clean towels, we stayed for 5 nights and was having to take our own rubbish out.
Very helpful staff who let us check in early and store our bags on our final day. There was a shower fit with fresh towels downstairs that we could use before our evening bus - lovely feature! Water filters to fill up our bottles on top and bottom floors too and kitchen and washer/drier were useful after hiking Fansipan.
The top floor room is far better than the others in terms of view, bathroom and space (had a peek in there while they were cleaning one morning). Definitely go for that room if available.
The view is what makes it worth it. The amenities are great as well. Great waiting area. We just absolutely loved our stay.
You have to take your luggage down about 40-50 stairs to reach the alley to the property. The property also doesn’t have an elevator but the staff will help you if asked.
Tolles Home Stay mit großartigem Ausblick. Es lohnt sich Zimmer mit Talblick zu buchen. Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und auch die Wasserspender fanden wir super.
Views, comfy and clean rooms
Location requires to walk a bit and carry suitcases up and down stairs. Would be nice for the staff to help with this.
