Location to allow us to explore the Sunshine Coast and hinterland where we did some walks in two national parks
Refrigerator in our suite needed defrosting. We were not sure how to report this.
The room was gorgeous. The hallway to the rooms also beautiful. Felt like a 5 star resort
Just a little confused how to find the right car parking but we were frazzled from a long drive
The bed was amazing but overall the position of the property was great.

Food in the restaurant was nice and staff excellent
The bed had a zip joining 2x singles which was obvious and protruded.
Shower had very low pressure and the rain head dripped cold water when the normal shower head was used.
Main issue was a very loud and continuous drone like a generator. Staff unable to pinpoint source and advised all rooms had the same noise.

Broken shower tap. Asked for late checkout due to long drive that night. Got no response so communication is very poor

The room we had was near the building central air conditioning so was very noisy making it difficult to sleep.
