The sign's to show where the place was were terrible, with limited information on where to even check in to the point I got the shits and left
Very roomy quiet and close to shops
Bed was comfy
Couldn’t work the TV followed instructions after 30 mins rang staff who advised the instructions were incorrect so had to connect internet and fill in information before it worked - had to connect every day for 3 days & complete details every time. Had troubles opening both sliding wardrobe need some kind of handle had to use a knife to open. There were no teaspoons & 1 bent fork rang them and they replaced them. The toilet bowl under the rim was stained. Went to leave key in safe box but it wasn’t closed so I rang reception to advise them that I had checked out.

Very clean large room , comfy bed , good location for our visit to Coolum
Nothing we’d definitely stay here again. However after we arrived home I realised I had left my phone charger in the room. I called and spoke to a staff member who said she would call me back but didn’t . I messaged the hotel too but no reply 😕
Great location. Great meals in pub downstairs. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed. Shops nearby.
Shower could have had more pressure. Parking was a a bit confusing. Couldn't go out on balcony.
I had to submit scores in order to write this. However, after having booked my stay 10 months in advance and paid in full, there was NO RECORD of my booking. The staff were absolutely wonderful in a difficult and embarrassing situation.They were very apologetic and booked me into the Mantra at Mooloolaba Beach at no additional cost to me.
I do not know where the blame lies for this, but I do see it as puzzling how I could book, confirm and pay in full only to find that Bli Bli Suites had no record at all of any of mt interactions via Booking.com.
The room was very modern, well set up and well thought out. The view of the sky was spectacular. We saw a beautiful moonscape and the sunrise. Bed was huge and comfortable enough.
A microwave would have been nice just to reheat meals. Our ice cream didn't realise the top part of the fridge was not actually a freezer, but it survived. The water pressure in the shower was very, very disappointing. As soon as we are asked to wash dishes in the bathroom sink, that rings alarm bells as to whether or not the previous guest washed them properly.
It's clean, spacious and beautiful.

It's also sound proof from the busy street, we had a good sleep.
We had King Room, but having 2 split bed aint as comfortable as having 1King bed. Also, cant find a box of tissue in the room, it wasn't necessary but would be convenient during the stay.
