Beach holiday bliss
Pros:

Fabulous outlook.
Nice airy apartment with excellent facilities - full size fridge freezer,dishwasher,laundry washer/dryer.
Friendly efficient staff.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful.
However ,carpet needed a good steam clean.

Pros:

Front desk staff were amazing,thanks Hannah for organising a birthday gift. That was really lovely.

Cons:

A better explanation about the membership program presentation we were invited to participate in.

I felt staff had the hard job of selling membership to guests. It was an uncomfortable experience.

Wonderful stay. Even better staff
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed our mid-week getaway. Staff were incredible, and the facilities excellent. Special mention to Hannah, who went out of her way to welcome us, and arrange little treats and surprises for the family, as well as to ensure everything was in order for us during our stay. Hannah’s energy and effervescence permeated through the venue. It was a joy to be in her presence. Rooms are clean, spacious, and the views amazing. We will be back!
