Great location. Clean and such a comfortable room. Would stay again for sure :)

The rooms were laid out so well. Sharing is no problem - location - view

Cons:

You can’t get between floors easily. They ask for cc and photo id in email - not sure how secure that is. After hours drop of seems easy.

The Location was fantastic, we were on floor 21 so we had great views. The two bedroom apartment was very clean, comfortable with everything we needed.

Cons:

The biggest let down was that the beautiful pool was not heated so we couldn’t swim in it at all as the water was icy which was a big disappointment. Few maintenance issues in the room. The showers in both bathrooms had poor water pressure, one bathrooms exhaust wasn’t working. The dishwasher leaked.

Beware of misrepresentation of views/Gold Coast Hwy 24hr construction

Deceptive! Buyer beware!!! 24hr construction on the Gold Coast Hwy made it a restless family vacation. My husband and I were tired when we arrived and exhausted by the time we left. Heavy drilling typically kicked off at 9-10pm. It was also dangerous crossing the road with children throughout the day. The Property/Booking.com did not advise in advance. We booked months ahead so plenty of opportunity for both companies to update us. The 'important property information' on Booking.com did not advise of this disturbance. It wasn't until we were there and opened guest reviews that we could see this has been an ongoing issue which is obviously not being properly handled.

Also, if you book a "2bdrm apartment" check that it is not overlooking the Mcdonalds drive through. The smell was disgusting and prevented us from using the balcony. When we approached the desk Donna mentioned it was a booking.com standard to be located up to the 9th floor - photos on booking.com show higher level flats (no signs of Mcdonalds/Gold Coast Hwy view). Booking.com basically ignored our frustrations. Completely unfair give we had booked for 5nights. Very affected experience that could have been rectified with a better customer service experience.

Great apartment in excellent location. Will definitely stay again
