Overall the sandbar was fantastic.
Pros:

Everything was wonderful , great location, friendly staff, apartment was well equipped, beautiful views.

Cons:

The sewage smell that came from the bathrooms.

Great family friendly apartment with everything you might need for a short stay
Pros:

Great location near the beach and walking distance to shops and eateries. Apartment had everything we needed for making the occasional meal and having two bathrooms was a bonus. Beds super comfy too.

Cons:

Our room was on a lower floor overlooking McDonalds and the main road, but that didn’t bother us too much as we were exhausted from busy days we slept through any noise. Pool isn’t heated which was a bit of a downer as was too cold to use in August.

The head of the showers were quite narrow. A round head would be better . The air-conditioning system sometimes felt like it wasnt on even after fiddling eith the settings

Clean, great communication, close to everything.
Pros:

Loved how close to everything this property was. With the tram just opening, it was so nice and easy to jump on and head North to Pac Fair or south to Burleigh beach.

Cons:

No faults!

Perfect stay with a wonderful host
Pros:

The apartment is modern, spacious and has excellent views and in a prime location. The space was so clean and the facilities easy to use. The host is wonderful, so thoughtful and accommodating and responds quickly, she also provided Prosecco and snacks on arrival, so special!

Cons:

Nothing! It is perfect and affordable

Great location - close to public transport, beach and a close walk to supermarkets etc. Apartment was in immaculate condition, looks super new and view was great

Mattress was extremely soft and when you’re used to a firm one, you roll around 😂

Donna in reception was simply amazing, it was a difficult time for my family and she listened and acted without question

The location had everything I needed, beachfront, excellent coffee shops, shops and access to good food. It was a large apartment with everything you need

Very comfortable.
Pros:

Beautiful. Family of 5 adults. We saw whales from the deck each day. Easy to walk everywhere. Good water pressure in the showers. We were on the 24th floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Very nice apartment. Well recommend staying here.
