سوف يكون الخيار الأول بكل تاكيد في المرات القادمة وانصح الجميع في الحجز

تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس، فالفندق يتميز بموقعه الجميل والمميز، والقريب من العديد من الأماكن السياحية والخدمات المهمة، مما جعل التنقل وزيارة المعالم السياحية في غاية السهولة.

كما أود أن أشيد بحسن تعامل الموظفين واحترافيتهم، فقد كانوا في قمة الاحترام والتعاون والابتسامة، وحرصهم على تلبية احتياجات النزلاء بكل رحابة صدر. ومساعدتي في الكثير من حجوزات النقل الطيران وباص النوم وقطار النوم كذلك والكروز واخص بالشكر الاستاذ جاك

أما الطعام فكان من أجمل ما يميز الإقامة، متنوع ولذيذ وذو جودة عالية، مع اهتمام واضح بالتفاصيل.

بشكل عام، كانت إقامة مريحة وممتعة، والخدمات المقدمة كانت على مستوى عالٍ، وأشكر جميع العاملين في الفندق على حسن الضيافة والاستقبال. بالتأكيد تجربة تستحق التكرار وأنصح بها لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والموقع المميز والخدمة الممتازة.

A good hotel with great staff.
Pros:

As usual, the staff were all wonderful, cheerful and friendly - showing apparent genuine appreciation of the guests. Very comfortable beds

Cons:

Quality of breakfas , room service foods is not as high as it could and should be - breakfast foods and coffee not kept hot - egg station generally overcooked eggs despite requests.

Pros:

Palago is located near the city center and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The staff service was excellent and professional.

The room we have stayed was great, spotless and the bed was very comfy.

Breakfast buffet food was good as well.

I cannot fault anything about this hotel. Everything was excellent including the rooms, location and breakfast. The staff were exceptional friendly and professional

Pros:

Hotel located at great location, right by Ha Noi old quarter. You can walk like 5-10 mins to most of popular places, or take grab taxi or xich lo to get around locals, very convenient. Hotel offers great breakfast. Our favorite were omelette/pho and Vietnamese yogurt. Hotel front staff are very professional, friendly, and able to speak English.

Cons:

Restroom is very small, no space between toilet and bathtub. No ventilation in the restroom either. Our room air-conditioner made noises a bit during our stay. Also hotel had some construction on the rooftop so my husband had to call front desk to remind workers be quiet at night for us to sleep.

המיקום היה מצויין, החדר היה נאה ומרווח מאוד, עם 2 ספות קטנות שמאוד הועילו, חדר אמבטיה מרווח מאוד ונוח . הצוות היה עוזר ונחמד.הכינו לנו ארוחת בוקר לקחת ב4.30 בבוקר לפני הטיסה-אם כי היה שם לחם יבש,חמאה וריבה, מנדרינה ויוגורט.
מסעדת המלון היתה נעימה וטעימה

Cons:

אפשר היה להוסיף לארוחת הבוקר הארוזה עוד פרי, ירק, ביצה,גבינה. ,אפילו לא היה עם מה למרוח את החמאה.
המרפסת שהיתה חשובה לנו היתה ללא ראות לא ממש נעימה וחבל...היה יעיל אם היתה עוד מעלית, בשעות צקאין או אאוט היתה המתנה ארוכה למעלית.

綺麗でスタッフも丁寧でとてもよかった。
Pros:

お水がいつも補充してもらえた。清掃が毎日してもらえる。朝食も美味しい。観光地には歩いて行ける。周りにレストランも多く食事も困らない。暑いので冷蔵庫があるのがとても助かった。スタッフも優しく英語が苦手でも丁寧に対応してくれた。ホテルで手配してもらったハロン湾ツアーは大手サイトより安かった。空港からはタクシーが便利。外の景色は望めないが閉塞感はあまり感じなかった。

やや朝食会場が狭いくらい？座れないことはなかった。
