Location was convenient and quiet

Cons:

The room was virtually wall to wall bed. Nowhere to store my luggage. The hotel used this as an excuse not to service the room. Staff were unhelpful. Unwilling to put me in the direction of the bus station to secure a ticket for my ongoing journey. There was also a charge for the meagre bottle of water in the room, something that has been complimentary in every place I've stayed in during extensive travels through Vietnam. Not a big deal, I just think it was mean and stingy. The young lady at the desk had a very poor and unhelpful attitude..

Mình quay lại lần này là vì nhân viên dễ thương, mình gặp sự cố gì các bạn cũng hỗ trợ tốt. Xin cảm ơn vì tất cả.

Cons:

Ngoài nhân viên ra, mình không đánh giá tốt chất lượng chỗ ở, cơ sở vật chất nó đã cũ lắm rồi, cái rèm dính đầy nước mũi hay máu gì rất nhiều, cái chăn cũng dơ, cơ sở vật chất xuống cấp trầm trọng mà nhà đầu tư không kiểm tra nâng cấp hay giặt giũ ạ?
Nhà vệ sinh rất hôi, cái cuộn giấy không biết bao khách chưa dám dùng mà để lại nó đã muốn nhủng ra rồi.
Mì trong phòng thì hết hạn. Và đã ăn nhầm phải nó (Đã thông tin lúc C.O các bạn có bảo thông cảm do cô dọn phòng không để ý).
Lần đầu mình đến đây, mọi thứ rất mới, chăn ga siêu sạch và thơm, khi ra về các cô dọn phòng còn vui vẻ bảo lần sau quay lại, nhưng đến khi quay lại thì mọi thứ tệ lắm.

Lovely hotel and location is short walking distance to restaurants, bars and the statue of Jesus Christ.
Pros:

Very friendly staff and really spacious suite. Due to the humidity and heat my wife and I really appreciated the clothes washing machine. We also loved the air conditioning in the bedroom and Netflix for a late evening movie!

Cons:

Cleanliness of the kitchen should be considered and improved.
