Best hotel and service
Pros:

“I am back in Vietnam and staying in this hotel again. Everything is excellent — the service, the staff (especially Huy, such a nice person), and the food. It is absolutely worth the money, and the location is very convenient for getting to other places. Thank you so much!

A little guest house type accommodation near to the Walking Street, main Bus Station and walking distance to the market.
Pros:

Right near the walking street. Lots of bars and restaurants and Tuk Tuks to take you anywhere
It is priced for what you get.
It's clean and they do free laundry for you.
Staff, as always in Vietnam, very friendly and helpful.

Excellent value for money - staff wonderful!
Pros:

The staff were incredible and were so helpful. Our favourite reception from the entire country. Also, the location was absolutely perfect - across the road from a huge range of shops and restaurants. The hotel is right next to Central Market which is the best one to shop and eat at. 10/10 recommend.

A convenient little hotel close to everything
Pros:

Close to the Walking Street and the bus station. Lots of places to eat and drink. Walking distance to most of the main tourist areas of HCMC. Staff were helpful and kind. And they do your laundry once a day for free, which is a big plus. For the price it was OK for the convenience of being close to everything. And it was clean.

Hospitality perfected
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They are the reason I keep coming back. Lovely handwritten notes of appreciation. Location. This is my third stay in 3 years. Just wonderful. I feel valued and like it is my home for a few days.

Cons:

Stiff mattresses. Sorry!

Very friendly staff, great location and free laundry were all a bonus.

Cons:

The room was very dingy, dirty, loud and the bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom had mould and drain flies and the main room had damp, smelled old and the AC was super loud. Could hear everything from the lobby as I was on the ground floor and from the alley outside the window too. I'm sure the rest of the rooms are nice but the ground floor windowless room should not be booked/ sold.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our roof and we had a amazing city view.
Very close to center can walk to alot of places but not quiet at night. Highly recommend.

11/10 one-week stay for family
Pros:

We loved the service of the staff: they were warm and attentive to our needs 24/7. They provide things like iron/steamer when requested. The complimentary drinks and laundry were highly appreciated. We noticed they were fluent in Japanese as well.

We booked a family suite for 5 adults. The room was spacious and bright with natural light, and it exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and ambience.

ホーチミンのおすすめホテル！
Pros:

異国で日本語が通じる安心感！
前回一度利用させてもらい、ホーチミンに来る時は絶対にまたここのホテルにくると決めていました。
前回の口コミでお部屋にミニバーを入れて欲しいと書いたら実際にお水やコーラなど無料のドリンクサービスが増えていて感動しました！お部屋によってはビールのサービスもあるようです。
また今回は朝食をつけましたが、とっても可愛いインルームブレックファストで、現地で有名なブンチャーをいただきました。指定時間にスタッフの方がお部屋まで運んでくださるので到着した翌朝はゆっくりできました。
スタッフの方は以前と同様に親切で、観光から帰ってきて暑い〜と思っていたらすかさずロビーのエアコンの温度を下げてくださったり気遣いが素晴らしいです。
ホーチミンに来られる方にはとってもおすすめのホテルだと思います！
