Cons:

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay experience.

Our group booked a total of 12 rooms, so this was a large group reservation. However, we experienced multiple serious issues during our stay, including no hot water on the first night, poor hygiene conditions (dirty trash bins and visible cobwebs), very low water pressure, and one of the booked rooms being unavailable despite our confirmed reservation.

These problems caused significant inconvenience to our group and greatly affected the overall stay experience.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the handling process afterward. Communication and responses took a long time, and we had to repeatedly follow up with both the property and Booking.com customer service.

I appreciate the customer service team for responding politely, but overall, the issue resolution process was slow and did not fully reflect the impact these problems had on our stay experience.

I hope both the property and Booking.com improve the quality control and customer support process for future guests.

Pros:

The rooms are big and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is really nice 👌 There’s also a washing machine, which is very handy. Close to restaurants and places to hire bikes. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is a bit of street noise from cars and bikes, and music starts early in the morning from the park with people exercising, but ear plugs definitely help. Also, the washing machine pods cost extra, which wasn’t noted anywhere.

Regal luxury on west lake
Pros:

Had a family suite and it was huge. 2 bedrooms and kitchen ans loungeroom. Felt very grand and old school kind of luxery.

Cons:

Dont do breakfast but we knew that. Only staff is the guy on feont desk who was very nice. But doesnt tealpy feel like a hotel, more a services appartment.
