Chuyến công tác thành công. Khách sạn tuyệt vời.
Pros:

Khung cảnh xung quanh đẹp. Tiện lợi khi di chuyển đến trung tâm. Nhiều nhà hàng ăn uống, tiệm tạp hóa, tiện lợi. Sau giờ làm còn có thể tản bộ xung quanh bờ hồ.

Cons:

Không có phàn nàn gì. Mọi thứ đều ổn.

The location

Cons:

A lot of night noise from a persistent cockerel, which I know isn’t their fault, but a nuisance. The noise from the street wasn’t heard at all which was good. Could have done with a suitcase stand even if it folded up and a comfy chair would have been nice. The bottom bed sheet was poor as I think the mattress was too heavy to tuck it under properly.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

The house size was very big and located nicely right next to lake. The furniture was very good and overall stay was pleasant.

Cons:

The second room in the house was way smaller in size. This should have been mentioned. The bathroomw as not attached and this was a bit inconviient.

The toileteries were of not good quality and very small in size.

Our group booked a total of 12 rooms, so this was a large group reservation. However, we experienced multiple serious issues during our stay, including no hot water on the first night, poor hygiene conditions (dirty trash bins and visible cobwebs), very low water pressure, and one of the booked rooms being unavailable despite our confirmed reservation.

These problems caused significant inconvenience to our group and greatly affected the overall stay experience.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the handling process afterward. Communication and responses took a long time, and we had to repeatedly follow up with both the property and Booking.com customer service.

I appreciate the customer service team for responding politely, but overall, the issue resolution process was slow and did not fully reflect the impact these problems had on our stay experience.

I hope both the property and Booking.com improve the quality control and customer support process for future guests.
