Pros:

la vue, le quartier très calme aux habitants polis et bienveillants.
la chambre spacieuse de même que la salle d'eau.

民宿ㄧ家人熱情好客，房間光潔明亮，景觀優美，尤其三樓三人房真棒！安靜的居住環境，遠離塵囂，是理想的選擇。旅店有自己的摩托車可供租乘，方便至任何景區。

I love this homestay!
Pros:

I loved everything about my stay here! The place is exactly like the photos. The people are absolutely lovely, the room was wonderful and the property is very relaxing. The room was clean, quiet had a great AC, great fridge, nice soaps in the bathroom and had such a beautiful view.

I rented a bike with the GPS holder on the mirror giving me easy access to take off and enjoy the breathtaking sights and yummy cafes around the area. Just be sure to check that your bike has lights upon first renting that work before you are traveling at night in the dark ;)

I highly recommend this place! It’s the best place I’ve stayed at in Vietnam! Really really wonderful ❤️ thank you so much!

Chủ nhà thân thiện, nhiệt tình với khách. Chúng tôi đi công tác phải ăn sáng rất sớm, bác chủ nhà vẫn dậy sớm nấu bữa sáng cho cả đoàn, bác nấu ăn rất ngon. Tks Bác rất nhiều!

Kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời, và nếu có dịp mình sẽ ghé lại!
Pros:

Chỗ ở sạch sẽ, yên bình! Cô chủ home và bạn nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương cực kỳ! Chỗ ở xa phố cổ, dành cho ai thích yên tĩnh. Mỗi phòng rất rộng rãi!

Pros:

Yên tĩnh. Không quá gần hay quá xa trung tâm. Đủ gần để đi xe máy đi chơi, đủ xa để yên tĩnh. Không gian xung quanh thoáng mát yên tĩnh. Siêu yên tĩnh vào ban đêm. Chill.
Đằng sau nhà là vườn cây, k sợ bị ai nhìn.
Tầng 1 có hồ bơi nên khá mát, và có 1 cái đàn yamaha

Cons:

Trong phòng k có cửa sổ mở được, chỉ có cửa kính nên gió mát ngoài trời ko vào được.

Note: homestay k mở cổng 24/7 nên đi chơi về muộn phải gọi điện nhờ mở cổng từ xa.

Sehr freundliches Personal das sich alle mühe gibt den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Cons:

Etwas zu weit weg vom Geschehen und sehr wenig Möglichkeiten wie Kaffees , Lebensmittelläden oder sonstiges.

Mir hat es im Homestay Ao Dai sehr gut gefallen. Ich würde das Apartment nächstes Mal wieder buchen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Apartment sauber und das Essen war sehr gut. Die Wohngegend war sehr ruhig.

Гарна велика кімната з панорамними вікнами. Тихо і затишно.
Pros:

Нам все сподобалося: кімната дуже простора і нова, ліжко і подушки - комфортні, є все необхідне, великі панорамні вікна і багато світла. Все чисто в кімнаті і на території. Гарний басейн, хоч я ним так і не cкористалася.

Cons:

Можливо розташовано трохи віддалено від всього, але ми цього саме і хотіли. Ми маємо скутер і для нас - все дуже доступно і легко, при цьому ми живемо у тихому місці, тому для нас це скоріше перевага, ніж недолік.

Wonderful!
Pros:

Everything. The view was just insane from my room. The staff were AMAZING, especially Thuy, she accommodated me when I was sick and they even gave me food to help with my stomach too which wasn’t on the menu. Very kind and warm. My favourite stay in Vietnam by far. Great value for money too!! The piano also was a great added touch and have some beautiful memories playing and listening to the very talented girl play.

Cons:

You will need a bike or a car to get around as it’s far from shops / restaurants

Personnel gentil qui nous a expliqué ce qu’on pouvait faire comme activités

Assez excentré.

Nous sommes arrivés très tôt après un bus de nuit. Notre chambre était prête, mais nous avons dû attendre 14h pour entrer. Sinon, ils voulaient 50 000 de plus par heure.
Le petit-déjeuner est gratuit, mais les boissons sont payantes. Nous avons demandé de l'eau, mais on nous a dit qu'ils nous en avaient déjà mis dans la chambre. Nous avons loué un scooter, mais il était en mauvais état (le rétroviseur était cassé).

Pas de wifi ni de télé fonctionnelle sauf sur demande et après un temps de négociation. C’était pourtant indiqué dans les informations concernant la chambre.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Alles war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Dame an der Rezeption war super lieb und stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Für die Lage ist es am Besten, wenn man einen Roller/Motorrad besitzt.
