I love all the service and facility given by that hotel.

I loved everything about the hotel's service! It is located in a great area, just a short 3 to 4-minute walk to My Khe Beach. They provide 24-hour reception service, and the room rates are incredibly fair. A special shout-out to the staff, especially the uncle at the front door—he was exceptionally helpful, kind, and friendly.

What could be improved:
This is not directly about the hotel's core service, but rather a piece of advice regarding their tour bookings. When we inquired at reception about Ba Na Hills entrance fees and taxi rates, the initial prices quoted were higher than outside options, so I declined. However, once I refused, they immediately offered a lower price that matched the outside market. As a reputable hotel, I believe tour and transport prices should be fixed and transparent, rather than changing based on the situation.
