Pros:

I liked the bed and how huge it was and the location was great.

Cons:

It was different from what we expected, the pictures showed a visible bath and the pictures looked a lot cleaner than the actually room. Bathroom was completely covered and just not what we thought we were going to get.

Staff is gentle, but the place isn't worth the money you spend on it

Cons:

Really dirty. When my towel fell and i picked up it had become black and full of other people's hair and grains of sand. When you moved the curtains mosquitoes and flies flew across the room. There were ants and other insects on the fridge and on the bedside table. There was a corner between the bed and the wall that apparently hadn't been cleaned in months.

Pros:

Spacious, clean, comfortable.

Cons:

The AC takes very long to cool the room. The bath tub had a leak which we complained about 2 times. Their housekeeping staff came to check it twice and left saying they’ll be back in 10 mins but they never did.

Helaas een teleurstelling
Pros:

Het was dicht bij het strand.

Cons:

Het strand bij het hotel wemelde van de ratten. Naast het hotel werd er een groot gebouw gerenoveerd. Dit zorge voor veel geluidsoverlast vanaf 6 uur in de ochtend. Wij waren van mening dat ze dit wel van te voren konden aangeven. Ook stond er bij de booking dat er wifi zou zijn op de kamer, dit was niet het geval. We hebben dit in totaal 4 keer moeten aangeven bij de receptie voordat ze er iets aan gingen doen en zelfs hierna was de wifi nog bagger. Dit koste ons veel data. Tot slot was het ontbijt heel rommelig; de boter zat vol met viezigheid, een gebakken eitje kreeg je met zwarte stukjes van de pan erin, bijna alles was heel vroeg op en werd niet meer aangevuld. Wij kiezen in vervolg helaas voor een ander hotel.

mình checkin muộn khoảng hơn 12g đêm. đến khách sạn. trc khi xuống xe vì mình đag ngồi tt tiền taxi. mà chú nhân viên khách sạn đã rất nhanh nhẹn giúp xách liền 2 vali vào sảnh cho. đến hôm checkout chú cũng nhiệt tình xách giúp 2 vali ra taxi giúp mà chúng mình còn chưa mở lời nhờ. rất cảm ơn chú ạ 😁. khách sạn gần công viên biển đông nên đi bộ dễ dàng. cạnh khách sạn có rất nhiều kiot nước ép các thứ giá rất rẻ

Comfortable Room and Great Location, But Customer Service Needs Work

The room was fine, comfortable, and the hotel is in a very good location. A huge highlight of our stay was the security guard. We absolutely loved him! He was incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful to everyone.

Unfortunately, our experience with the receptionists was disappointing. They were not welcoming or approachable. There is a serious lack of communication at the front desk; they do not know how to explain things properly and lack good customer service skills.

Overall, it is a nice property with great security staff, but the reception team definitely needs better training in hospitality.

Lange Wartezeiten und Kakerlaken
Cons:

Nur 2 Lifte für das ganze Hotel. Wir haben über 15minuten gewartet um mit dem Lift nach unten zu gelangen. Weil wir so lange warten mussten wollten wir die Treppe nehmen, auf dieser lagen jedoch tote Kakerlaken. Da die Türen vom Treppenhaus in die Flure wo die Zimmer sind immer offen waren liegt es Nahe, dass Kakerlaken auch in jedes Zinner kommen könnten
