The staff truly deserve special recognition.
Pros:

I enjoyed absolutely everything about this hotel; the location, facilities, cleanliness, and comfort were all a perfect 10/10.

However, I would rate the staff an 11 out of 10! They were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist. A special mention must go to Trang, who helped me recover the mobile phone I had left behind in a taxi. She facilitated the entire process of returning my phone to Cape Town by courier, which I deeply appreciate.

I will definitely return to Hanoi and book this hotel again.

Last minute booking (day of) and so happy with our choice
Pros:

Front desk staff very accommodating to our needs for our family. Door man was super attentive. Breakfast was good with a wonderful selection on fruit every day. Location is prime with accessibility for cars which is great because some hotels in the old quarter are not accessible and you have to carry your luggage.

Bon séjour en plein centre d’Hanoi
Pros:

Hôtel en plein centre ville et à proximité de beaucoup de commerces. La chambre était conforme à mes attentes et très bien pour mon séjour. J’ai apprécié la possibilité de laisser mes bagages durant la journée avant mon départ. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Dommage il n’y avait pas de fenêtre dans la chambre.

Pros:

the location of the hotel was perfect. in the middle of everything. easy walking access to the lake, train street and markets. there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. the staff were very friendly and helpfull. we were given a room upgrade for free .

Cons:

the breakfast was a repeat on all 4 days that we stayed. we got bored of it easily. the live egg station lady could be a little more friendly with a smile.
