Hôtel parfait pour votre séjour à Hanoi
Pros:

Super hôtel. Idéalement placé dans le vieux quartier d’Hanoi tout en étant bien isolé pour dormir au calme. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, les chambres sont propres. Ils nous aidé avec la réservation des activités et des transferts vers d’autres villes. Tout s’est super bien passé !

Wonderful stay
Pros:

It was a wonderful stay right at the heart of the old quarter. Very clean room and comfy bed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Chan at the reception was a very lovely lady. Breakfast was also pretty good. They offer great laundry and tour services too. Amazing value for the price, highly recommended.

Cons:

Thr room and the bef was a tad bit small for me, but I am a tall guy.

Good hotel, but some improvements could make it excellent
Pros:

The bed was comfy, the bathroom and shower were good, and breakfast was above average (though sometimes there was no one at the egg station). The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

Cons:

There was no spare socket beside the bed to charge a phone. The lights in the room are super bright and can't be dimmed. The room had no real window and there was a slight smell of mould. I recommend getting a room with a window but for the price I paid I guess it was not unexpected. The room was small but again it's expected for the price. As a solo traveler it was fine but for a couple I don't recommend the smallest room.

Pros:

Super séjour ! L’emplacement est central à proximité du vieux quartier, la chambre était très propre et la literie confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique et flexible. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié (Vietnamien et continental, avec beaucoup de fruits). Je recommande sans hésiter !

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

Do poprawy jakość śniadań.
Pokoje stosunkowo małe i okno wychodzące na wewnętrzna klatkę schodową jest mało korzystnym rozwiązaniem (w takim przypadku lepszym rozwiązaniem jest całkowity brak okna).
