Location of hotel was good but would not say there again.
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Furnishing and carpets outdated. Carpets were very dirty. The breakfast buffet was the worst one we have ever had, no thought given to taste, variety or heat of the food. The sun lounge above the pool had cigarette butts scattered throughout.

Was only in the room for approximately 10 minutes. Had to move rooms.
Breakfast very poor, not a lot to choose from.

Unser Fernseher ging im Hotelzimmer nicht nach einem Check der Mitarbeiter sollte am nächsten die Reperatur erfolgen ist aber nicht passiert.
Das Hotel hat fürchterlich gestunken und die Zimmer genau so wir hatten Befall von kleinen Insekten und Ameisen in unserem Zimmer das war das teuerste und schlimme Hotel in Vietnam was wir hatten nie wieder

Clean hotel friendly staff,
Pros:

Clean rooms ,free water in rooms size of room nice clean bedding and towels nice touch, roof top terrace good views of city, clean space and area
*** Never seen staff so happy at 9am in the morning lol 😆 *** breakfast was good, reception staff very polite again always smiling

Somewhere to put suitcases, needs a suitcases stand or rack
**** the bugs in the room are only ladybirds( quick google search ) saw a few they are harmless FYI they are attracted to light so very harmless only appear at night i had no issues 😀

No City View from Rooftop & My Paid for City View Room was Given Away

Cons:

I didn't like that the Reception manager gave away my Premier King City View with Bathtub.
I didn't like that he was not truthful stating I'd paid for a street View room.
I didn't like that the Rooftop Pool did not have City views as they stated.

What a gem
Pros:

The location was central to the majority of the tourist attractions. The restaurants were all near by and the pool was brilliant. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast catered to all tastes

Cons:

The mattress was very hard and the pillows needed replacing

Pros:

Great location and super helpful staff. Breakfast also really good and cooked really well and with variety every day, swimming pool quite nice.

Cons:

Rooms need some refurbishment as they are pretty old, they have an old fashioned layout. The fitness room was a bit sad and very basic although I used a proper gym nearby. The club and bars nearby can be a bit noisy but not every day.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. We loved the pool area, breakfast servicethe location
Pros:

Location (District 1) was perfect for us. Very close, walking distance, to the Ben Thong Market, lots of coffee shops, eateries or bars to sit outside and take it all in.
Independence Palace across the road. Walking distance and very to check out other attractions

Cons:

Rooms were starting to show their age. Shower door was a challenge (in our room, that is) it wouldn’t open outward! The drain was partially blocked and didn’t let the water out quick enough, so it overflowed onto the bathroom floor. We had to use a bath towel to soak it all up.
