Pros:

This little hotel was absolutely amazing. Good location for the beginning of the day exploring Da Nang.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a construction site next door right next to the room which began working at 7 am so it was very noisy but that can't take anything from the hotel it was just a bit of poor timing for the stay there.

Pros:

The room itself was nice and quite spacious. Same goes for the bathroom which was very spacious and nice. The pool is also quite nice but because of the constant noise from the construction site next door, and the overwhelming amount of mosquitoes we didn’t use it.

Cons:

Most of the staff are quite friendly and helpful, however one of the ladies working at the desk felt very unwelcoming, and it always felt as if you were inconveniencing her with any questions.

The noise from the construction site next door starts early so it always woke us up. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault but it is something to note.

There also seemed to be a huge issue with mosquitoes in our room and in the lobby area. It was more present here than anywhere else we visited or stayed. There’s electric swatters already in the rooms to deal with them, which we had to use constantly everytime we were in the room. We were on the first floor so maybe higher floors don’t have this issue. The staff tried to help us by spraying insect repellent while we were out for the day but it didn’t seem to help much. Again it’s not the hotels fault at all but it was a very annoying issue for us during our stay.

nice pool
Pros:

it was a nice room and the pool was good.

Cons:

the staff could have been more friendlier and helpful, i found them to ignore us a lot of time and not greet us when we walked in. I also found that I felt i was bothering them when i asked them a question

Enjoying stay and friendly staff
Pros:

Fabulous Stay, Little Bit noisy
Pros:

This little boutique style hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean and conveniently situated very close to the CrossFit gym, the beach and some cute coffee shops. They have a lovely pool area and some tables downstairs for working space if you need a change of scenery from your room.

Cons:

This is temporary, but there is construction right next to the hotel happening at the moment. It is very noisy from early morning, 6:30am. The whole area is developing and a bit noisy. Other than that, when this passes - it is an amazing stay. In a year, I will be back.

Don’t expect much

What we liked

- The room itself was nice and comfortable.
- The pool area was pleasant and well maintained.
- The hotel is relatively inexpensive and may offer reasonable value for travellers on a budget.
- The location is away from the busiest tourist areas, which may appeal to some guests looking for a quieter setting.

Cons:

What we didn't like

- The staff were not particularly attentive or friendly. While there may be a language barrier, friendliness and a willingness to help would have made a significant difference to the overall experience.
- We experienced an issue with the room locker. We were told it would be followed up the next day, but nobody ever got back to us and the matter was never properly resolved.
- There was no hot water during our stay. Although the weather is very warm in Vietnam, hot water should still be available for guests who prefer it.
- Nobody assisted with luggage, and the hotel felt more basic than many other boutique hotels.
- Despite being located away from the main attractions, there was still noticeable noise at night.
- We could hear unusual noises coming from the bathroom, which may be disruptive for light sleepers.
- Overall, while the hotel is inexpensive, the service and unresolved issues left us feeling that the experience did not fully justify the price paid.
