A bit noisy from other construction next to hotel. But not impacted to my stay
This little boutique style hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean and conveniently situated very close to the CrossFit gym, the beach and some cute coffee shops. They have a lovely pool area and some tables downstairs for working space if you need a change of scenery from your room.
This is temporary, but there is construction right next to the hotel happening at the moment. It is very noisy from early morning, 6:30am. The whole area is developing and a bit noisy. Other than that, when this passes - it is an amazing stay. In a year, I will be back.

What we liked
- The room itself was nice and comfortable.
- The pool area was pleasant and well maintained.
- The hotel is relatively inexpensive and may offer reasonable value for travellers on a budget.
- The location is away from the busiest tourist areas, which may appeal to some guests looking for a quieter setting.
What we didn't like
- The staff were not particularly attentive or friendly. While there may be a language barrier, friendliness and a willingness to help would have made a significant difference to the overall experience.
- We experienced an issue with the room locker. We were told it would be followed up the next day, but nobody ever got back to us and the matter was never properly resolved.
- There was no hot water during our stay. Although the weather is very warm in Vietnam, hot water should still be available for guests who prefer it.
- Nobody assisted with luggage, and the hotel felt more basic than many other boutique hotels.
- Despite being located away from the main attractions, there was still noticeable noise at night.
- We could hear unusual noises coming from the bathroom, which may be disruptive for light sleepers.
- Overall, while the hotel is inexpensive, the service and unresolved issues left us feeling that the experience did not fully justify the price paid.
The location was nice, there is a lot of construction going on, but once that is done the area will be even better. There were coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. The room and shower were clean and the staff were very accommodating and kind. This is a cute little boutique hotel and perfect for traveling couples.
The bed was ok, maybe just a bit hard for our tastes. There is a balcony, but it's not huge. And the park across the street gets very busy and loud late into the evening. However, these were very minor issues and not something that would prevent me from returning.

es hat extrem gestunken in unserem Zimmer, weshalb wir das Hotel verlassen haben. Scheinbar hatte die Klimaanlage ein Problem mit Schimmel oder ähnlichem. Der Geruch ist dann in Polster usw. übergegangen. Unerträglich.
The Hotel was located outside of downtown Da Nang, so quieter than the busy streets in the centre, which is what we were after, and there is a open recreation area in the middle of the surrounding buildings where locals and visitors gather to play and use the gym facilities. Often there are locals dancing and exercising, which gives a community feel that you don't get in Da Nang. However, you can easily walk through the back streets to find the bars and buzzing restaurants and the massive beach. Only 10-15mins walk or get a very cheap Grab taxi. Recommend the Grab app for getting around and also ordering delivery food, if you fancy a night in... The staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel is very pretty, with its plants and foliage covering the entire frontage, and it's nicely finished throughout. Just like the pictures. There is a pool in the middle on the ground floor, but we didn't use it.. WIFI was upgraded during our stay, so very good.
There is some building work going on as the area is being developed, but thats not down other the Hotel.
Great place. Very clean and centrally located.
Super friendly and welcoming staff. Any problem I have was taken care of. Bed was super comfortable! Room was big and good located. Nice bathroom and location was good! AC went down to 16°C, which was good for sleep. The balcony and the greenery was super relaxing and I enjoyed sitting outside to read. Sauna and pool were nice too!
There was some mold and it was difficult to handle the moisture in the place. My backpack even started to have some mold spot on the plastic fabric, which I could wipe off. Hopefully the AC was clean. Internet had some problems and in the last week, at least the Wifi was simplified, that you can use the same access over the whole hotel. The speed was still pretty low and sometime unusable.
