Great
Pros:

The location was easy to commute to the railway station and city center & old quarters. The room with lakeview is exactly we booked and we had a great lake view with bathtub and the experience is great.

Cons:

I don't find any negative in particular. If the staff speaks English, it would be better. We have to rely on translation app to communicate mostly.. Receptionist mostly understands English but we have to repeat twice or thrice with translation app..

Hotel that doesn’t care
Pros:

Nice view from the window and this bath gives the nice vibe.

Cons:

In reality room looked outdated. It seems that there was no proper cleaning. The furniture is cracked. The tap at the bathroom is broken, the sink and shower have low drainage. Extremely noisy street, so I was thinking that I can get crazy of this 24/7 noise of the city. When I was choosing the location expected to enjoy the lake, but it was extremely hot, the lake is super huge and at this part there is nothing to do expect of visiting cafes. The stuff doesn’t care at all, I was messaging 2-3 times about transfer from the airport, explaining that I will have a long flight so need to manage everything beforehand. They didn’t reply with the details and afterwards was trying to charge for it, however I was booking transfer via booking. Also they mentioned that can help with the excursions - never get the information.

Khá sạch sẽ và chill nha. Sáng dậy là có thể nhìn thấy Hồ Tây qua lớp lá mỏng của cây phượng vỹ. Các bạn nhân viên khá dễ thương.
