Great location, some room for improvement
Pros:

Excellent location just across the street from the beach, many restaurants nearby. The rooms were very large. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast could have had more fresh produce and was too small for the size of the hotel. There were only 2 elevators which was not enough for the hotel especially around breakfast time when many guests want to use the elevator. The swimming pool was not well maintained.

Pros:

Breakfast is acceptable. Location is convenient to the sea and other grocery shops, but the sea food restaurants next to the hotel is very expensive. If the hotel can partner with the restaurants by giving 10% voucher discount, would be great.

Cons:

We requested for a family of 4 persons staying together, but we got the normal room with the connecting door; not worth the room price paid for. The last disappointment was we informed in the Booking.com on the free Drop off from Hotel to Airport for 2 groups - 7 persons leaving in the Morning and 3 leaving in the afternoon, the hotel staff confirmed that it was okay and will arrange. But on the departure to Airport, the hotel staff told that the hotel can provide only one.

Comfortable with good location
Pros:

The beach front was really nice and the extra bed was usefull when traveling with a child

Cons:

The shower needed a better screen, it would spray all over the bathroom floor. The wait for the elevator was too long especially in the morning when everyone is coming and going to breakfeast. The breakfast could have been better.

Hotel in a good location
Pros:

The location was good. Overlooking the beach. But this location was one of the crowdest part. For a family looking for a beachside stay in a city, and looking for a slightly serene location then this is not it.

Cons:

The staffs were a bit cold. The facilities in room were a bit basic in nature. The hotel lacked a bit of warmth!

Good hotel near to my khe beach, great vibe in the vicinity, indian restaurants and spas walking distance, had an air conditioning issue in our previously booked room..after speaking to the staff, got an upgrade to the suite.

Năm ngoái mình cũng ở khách sạn này. Tiện nghi đầy đủ và thoải mái.
Lần này mình ở phòng 1008, không có ghế và bàn trà nên bất tiện khi muốn ngồi nghỉ ngơi, uống trà.
Khách sạn nên xem xét và bổ sung bàn trà và ghế ở các phòng.
Đây là điểm trừ duy nhất trong chuyến đi lần này của mình
