Pros:

Das Hotel Annam fühlt sich wie eine klassische alte Villa an, versteckt in einer kleinen Straße in Hội An. Es ist weder auffällig noch laut, sondern strahlt vom ersten Moment an eine ruhige, sanfte und friedliche Atmosphäre aus.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, hat eine gute Lage und die Betten sind äußerst bequem, sodass ich wunderbar schlafen konnte. Am meisten beeindruckt hat mich jedoch die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals. Man wird hier immer mit einem ehrlichen und warmen Lächeln begrüßt.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Thy Thy und Mỹ Yến für ihre liebevolle, aufmerksame und professionelle Art. Ich habe die Menschen hier wirklich ins Herz geschlossen und freue mich schon darauf, wieder ins Annam zurückzukehren.

To był mój drugi pobyt w hotelu Annam i po raz kolejny jestem bardzo zadowolony. Tym razem przyjechałem służbowo i mimo że zostałem tylko na jedną noc, wszystko było perfekcyjne.

Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, jest bardzo czysty, a śniadania są pyszne. Największym atutem jest jednak niezwykle miły i serdeczny personel. Szczególne podziękowania dla Martin, Mỹ Yến, Thy Thy, Mai Anh i Bảo Bảo za ich ciepło i profesjonalną obsługę.

Z przyjemnością wrócę ponownie i gorąco polecam hotel Annam.

Die meisten Leute würden eine 10 vergeben, was das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis betrifft trifft das auch zu. Aber da 10 für "außergewöhnlich" steht gebe ich eine sehr gute 8, sauberes, ordentliches Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Top Lage, sauberer, schöner Pool zum ausrasten, freundliches Personal, Thy Thy an der Rezeption sehr nett, ich würde es wieder buchen und kann es weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Nichts wesentliches. Vielleicht besserer Kaffee und bessere (instrumental?) Musik beim Buffet :--)))))

Les lits sont confortables et nous avons tout trouvé propre.
Les services proposées sont sympa : laverie, petit déjeuner suffisamment varié, piscine etc

The front desk young lady Mia was absolutely wonderful.The other front end staff were also excellent.The ladies cleaning the rooms were very accommodating and friendly The breakfast they also offer free is very good and the location is good. Overall rating 4.8 out of 5
If you need shirts,luggage or jackets there is a place that has very good prices.It is located about a block away from the hotel.When you leave the hotel turn left and on the same side of the hotel on the next corner you can buy for example a North Face Jacket ( good quality) for about $20-$25 Canadian.

I bought some shirts from the tailor in the hotel which I was a little disappointed in.
I travel all over the world and nobody in example Canada,U.S., Australia,Mexico,Costa Rica,Hong Kong,Bali etc charges Additional fee when using a credit card in Viet Nam.They charge 3 % ????????

Pros:

El baño estaba bien, el desayuno estaba bien. La ubicación era lo mejor.

Cons:

Había hormigas en la habitación. Nos rompieron la maleta al cargarla en el ascensor, de primeras lo negaron y despues se ofrecieron a arreglarla pero fue peor el arreglo, mal pegada con una tela que se volvió a romper.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Annam Hotel in Hoi An. The classic-style rooms were elegant and comfortable, and the location in the heart of Hoi An Ancient Town was perfect for exploring the city.

The breakfast was delicious, the Italian restaurant was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Thy Thy and Martin for their outstanding support and hospitality — they truly made us feel at home.

Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!
