Pros:

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Loved it so much we booked an extra night staying 3 nights total. Best breakfasts we had our whole trip. Rooms are big and spacious. Exceeded expectations and would highly recommend to stay here.

Tolle Lage, große Zimmer

Cons:

Balkon mit Blick auf eine Baustelle, obwohl ich das Hotel extra ausgesucht hatte, weil der Pool mittendrin war und die Zimner lt Beschreibung mit Blick auf den Pool sind.

Great location. Hotel is a bit dated so more 3 stars
Pros:

The location is perfect. Only 2 streets from the shops in Hoi An. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

Hotel policy of only giving one key per room is ridiculous. If two people staying it makes it difficult. We know they only do it to stop you leaving air conditioner running. Also a lot of buffet food was cold

Hotel was great, relentless sales pitch from attached tailor not!

Cons:

Weirdly our welcome drink came from the attached tailor shop salesperson who was then quite pushy to have us come into the shop. It’s a town of tailor shops so I get it but poor of the hotel that we got hassled in the lobby at check in & then every time you walk in or out…

Excellent location and pool!!!!
Pros:

Close to the old town for easy walkung but far enough away to feel like your part of a community! Staff are so friendly , breakfast lots of choice and pool is excellent!!! So many delicious foods and coffee places to choose from thats right at your doorstep!!
Another mention about the pool, so clean and refreshing!!

It was very clean, spacious, great practical bathroom (prefer screened showers) & ability to access Netflix! Staff very professional & engaging. Amazing location & quiet.
This was our 2nd visit to Hoi An these holidays. Tien showed us the rooms at our initial visit & that decided our stay at Annam

Cons:

Be good to add Vietnamese coffees like salted, egg & coconut, to menu even at additional price

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast
Pros:

Nice traditional hotel on the edge of the Old Town. . Everything was well maintained and clean. Fantastic breakfast with a whole range of fresh food prepared by the restaurants staff. The staff were friendly and helpful. A very well run hotel!

Cons:

Det eneste vi var trætte af var at vi bookede en bus gennem receptionen fra Hotellet til Ho Chi Minh city, men bussen endte med at sætte os af 50 min væk fra byen. Vi havde fået at vide at den kørte hele vejen så det var lidt ærligt at det ikke var rigtigt.
