Pros:

Hotel très bien placé. Très bon qualité/prix.
La réceptionniste Tu Vi vous accueillera chaleureusement et en plus s''occupe de tout. Visites, renseignement, taxi, transfert bref c'est reposant. Merci à elle !!

Pros:

We had a great time in Hue. The receptionist, Tu Vi, was a huge help in organizing our tour and answered our countless questions! We would also like to thank Nga from housekeeping for cleaning up the mess our child made.

Sehr schönes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Hue
Pros:

Tolle Lage und sehr gutes Personal. Vor allem Tu Vi an der Rezeption hat sich sehr freundlich gekümmert und viele Tipps gegeben.

Très bien situé
Pros:

Nous avons adoré la proximité avec la cité impériale et la possibilité de se rafraîchir dans la petite piscine.

Cons:

La chambre est petite pour 4 personnes avec des bagages. Le petit déjeuner est à la carte avec peu de choix (soupe ou pain).

Pros:

Der Service wenn es um Ausflüge ausserhalb Hue ging. Vi hat uns wunderbar beraten. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der alten Stadtmauer nahe des Kaiserpalastes.

Cons:

Die Zugangskarte zur Tür zum Hotel hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten immer klingeln. Der Portier war aber immer gleich da um zu öffnen.

Comfortable stay right next to the citadel
Pros:

Location close to the citadel, comfortable bed, nice staff and host Ms Vi
Softy Laundry just around the corner deserves a shout-out. Not in the hotel but great, quick and clean!

Cons:

Breakfast is well prepared but not much variation. Better for two than for three nights
Restaurant options around are less appealing but better ones are a grab away

Pros:

Fueron muy amables. Era nuestro 25 aniversario y nos dejaron una tarta. Estaban muy atentos, sobre todo Tu Vi que hablaba inglés y estaba siempre pendiente de nosotros .La piscina era más grande de lo que parecía. En general es muy recomendable

No se puede llegar en coche hasta la puerta. Está en un callejón.

Très bon hôtel par la qualité de la literie
Pros:

La meilleure literie et parure de lit de notre séjour au Viet Nam. Mention pour la qualité des matériaux de la salle de bain !
Dommage que nous sommes restés qu'une seule nuit !
Emplacement idéal et la piscine est un vrai plus !
Petit déjeuner correct ... mais sans plus

Cons:

La chalbre était un peu petite pour 4. 2 lits doubles. Mais pour 1 nuit c’est très correct

Pros:

What I liked most was that it was very peaceful and tranquil - located in a side stree but still spacious. The balconies were nice for every room and the rooftop provides a fresh breeze. Has a pool as well with enough space for small laps (about 10m). The staff especially Vi was going out of their way to accommodate the guests.

Cons:

Only espresso machine - no Vietnamese coffee 😔

Dejligt område. Skøn pool. Fint værelse. Gode senge. Meget sødt og venligt personale.

Cons:

Det var et lille værelse til 4 personer. Vi druknede i ros fra vores tasker. Værelset indeholdt også et kæmpe skab , et skrivebord og en lænestol. Vi kunne virkelig godt ha brugt lidt færre store møbler og i stedet nogle hylder og knager til at hænge ting op. Der var knapt en krog til vores fire håndklæder.
