Super hôtel très bien placé près de la cité impériale. Chambre confortable et la piscine est un vrai plus 😀 . Vi et Ang sont de très bon conseils et disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Vi nous a aidé pour louer des scooters et arranger notre transport pour la suite de notre séjour.

We booked this hotel after our original accommodation unexpectedly cancelled. The reviews were so positive that we booked without hesitation. I wanted to write an honest review because the staff were genuinely lovely, but unfortunately the accommodation itself did not reflect the high ratings we had seen.

The rooms did not match the photos online. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with two double beds and the first rooms, which we discovered has various different layouts and are not consistent. Our room had an ant problem, a loud dripping drain and it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, with cracked door frames and window surrounds and no bench space apart from a single bedside table.

To the staff's credit, they immediately moved us to another room as they were not able to resolve the dripping noise in the room. However, the second room also had ants, the toilet blocked during our stay and the bathroom layout was very awkward, requiring you to step inside and close the door before you could access the toilet around the corner. All windows faced walls. Unfortunately, the ant problem spread into our luggage and overall the rooms felt tired, run down and not as clean as we had expected.

The pool area was surrounded by tiles that became very slippery when wet and were not regularly dried, which could be a safety concern. All guests have to walk that way to exit the property. There were also no pool towels provided, so we had to use the towels from our room.

I would like to commend Vi and Vi, who were incredibly kind, responsive and genuinely did everything they could to resolve the issues we experienced. Their customer service was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about their guests' experience. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself had too many maintenance, cleanliness and other issues for us to feel it reflects the online photos or the overall rating. As I said at the beginning, it was reasonable but definitely not a 9/10.

The hotel is clean. The rooms are comfortable and quite large. The hotel is right next to the Old City Walls. For breakfast, you have a few options to choose from, including sausage, eggs, or noodles. The staff is excellent value for money. Vi, in particular, was very kind, offering advice and support.

Ok for the money, nothing extraordinary to mention about it. Kids liked the swimming pool to refresh but that’s pretty much it.

Super bien situé dans un endroit calme. Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit dans cet établissement mais tout le personnel a été adorable pour nous satisfaire. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises et nous avons même pu prendre une dernière douche avant de prendre le train de nuit alors que le Check out avait été réalisé le matin.

The room was extremely comfortable and affordable in a beautiful, quiet location. One of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed in Vietnam. Plus, the host was amazing and the staff were very enthusiastic. I highly recommend staying here ❤️

I really like the cozy and family atmosphere, the staff was very kind. Especially I received a lot of assistance from ms. Tú Vi who adviced me and help me make booking to plan my activities.

Tu Vi is amazing! At the last minute, I decided to go play golf. Literally last night at 11 PM they contacted Tu at home. She was off work and she had a driver set up everything arranged and double checked everything including reaching out to me at 5:30 in the morning to make sure everything was all set in the driver showed up. I mean, what do you say about that other than truly exceptional service. But wait it gets better… We had a family emergency at home and Tu had to arrange transportation for a family member who was not thinking clearly. To handle everything quickly efficiently took care of getting all our luggage set up got it into the Taxi got my family member into the Taxi took care of getting everything paid for. I mean, how do you even say anything other than amazing! Oh, and the hotel? In the perfect location, we got the family suite with a huge balcony overlooking the street below. The hotel is beautiful, the fit finish quality. I mean, you have to see it to believe it. Oh, and the night before when we arrived, it was late. The gentleman turned on the jets in the pool. The saltwater pool felt so good and he was so helpful. If I could give more than five stars I would! Look, if you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with literally a staff that is incredible. Stay here.
