Tôi đặc phòng nhưng đến nhân viên báo hết phòng và được mời chọn 1 phòng thấp hơn và trải nghiệm tệ
When we told the hosts we didn’t have any food they made us noodles with some meat & lettuce (which we paid for) but also continued to charge us for water.
When we arrived the hosts looked shocked and asked did we have a reservation, after we received a message earlier that day to say “we look forward to serving you”. I showed them the booking and they said they didn’t have that room available, they proceeded to give us another room which was slightly cheaper but advised that due to tet the price was increased. Which was not advertised on the booking.com website.
There was nothing close to the hotel, no shops, places to eat nothing and was difficult to get to.
The room itself was dirty, when we first opened the room door there was a massive cockroach on the curtains and spiders all over the walls.
The ceiling had 3 big holes in it, which we could see insects and lizards appearing from through our stay.
During the night we could hear scuttling which sounded like mice or rats in the ceiling.
There was no available drinking water so the host said we would have to pay for some if we wanted any.
We managed to get a few hours sleep beside the bad company and got up early the next morning to get a taxi and get out of there. When we were walking to our taxi the host ran out to us asking did we pay for the drinks from the night before (which we paid for immediately at the desk) seemed very rude after the issues we had with the property.
