Absolutely nothing
There was old sick in the room. The rooms do not look like the photos. They are small, smelly and hot. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in
Great expats n beach location
Since it’s near the beach you can smell the mildew. I have cancer n the mildew was not doing well for my lungs but I book for a long stay n could not get a refund. Anna the manager was so sweet she tried to help me but couldn’t get a refund if I checked out early. She offered me a spa treatment, plate of fruits. But in the end I had to leave bcuz the mildew wasn’t good for my health. Anna went beyond in helping me, I was so touched that she understood my health issues. The best hostess you can have! Other than that it was good n you can’t beat the location!
The location is in the heart of Da Nang, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is quite sufficient, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Palazzo Boutique Hotel : une expérience immersive entre Koh-Lanta, escape game et stage de survie en milieu hôtelier.
Dès le premier jour, le ton est donné : dans le frigo, une bouteille de Coca déjà entamée nous attendait. Une délicate attention sans doute laissée par les précédents clients… ou un concept innovant de minibar participatif.
La douche, quant à elle, fonctionnait selon un système écologique très avant-gardiste : tous les deux jours, l’eau refusait de s’évacuer. Après une après-midi plage, rien de tel qu’un pédiluve géant dans la salle de bain pour prolonger l’expérience maritime jusque dans la chambre.
Le ménage semblait lui aussi obéir à des règles mystérieuses. Le lit était fait “à l’arrache”, avec ce charme brut qu’on retrouve dans les auberges de jeunesse à 4h du matin. Les serviettes entraient dans une rotation aléatoire : un jour remplacées, un jour non. Même logique pour le peignoir, qui disparaissait puis réapparaissait comme un personnage secondaire dans une série Netflix mal écrite.
Mention spéciale pour la carte de la porte : un soir, elle a décidé de prendre sa retraite sans préavis. Impossible d’entrer dans la chambre. Un “bricoleur” devait intervenir… sauf qu’il habitait manifestement dans une autre région du Vietnam puisqu’il a fallu attendre le lendemain. La vraie question reste : comment les femmes de ménage, qui passent tous les jours devant la porte, n’ont jamais signalé le problème avant que l’ont doivent nous-mêmes partir en quête d’aide comme dans un RPG ?
Le plus impressionnant reste cette philosophie générale : ici, rien n’est anticipé. Tout fonctionne uniquement après réclamation. Chaque jour apporte son lot de surprises, comme une box mensuelle… mais avec des problèmes techniques.
En résumé, si vous cherchez un hôtel stable, propre et fonctionnel, passez votre chemin.
