I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels, but this one left a particularly strong impression. It felt genuinely welcoming and well looked after throughout my visit. The location was perfect for exploring Hanoi on foot, with plenty of attractions nearby. Staff were attentive, polite, and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm, calm, and very relaxing.
