I appreciated how the hotel maintained a calm atmosphere even though there were other guests around. My room felt private and comfortable. The only thhat slightly bothered me was hearing some activity in the corridor early one morning, but it was brief and didn’t ruin my stay.

The reception team was one of the strongest parts of my experience. They were approachable and didn’t make me feel like I was asking too many questions. There was a short wait when I needed assistance during a busy period, but I understand that the team was handling several guests at once.

There were quite a few small details that made the stay pleasant. The shared areas were clean and well maintained, and I liked the fresh smell around the entrance when coming back to the hotel. The room itself was comfortable and easy to settle into after a day out. My only minor issue was the lighting at night, which could have been a little brighter for reading. It wasn't a major problem, but it was something I noticed during the stay. Other than that, everything worked well and I had a comfortable experience overall.

The location, its close to everything and by waking distance

Whenever I asked for assistance, they listened and responded politely, no matter how small the request was. Replies were not always as quick as I would have liked, but I never felt overlooked or unwelcome. Their helpful attitude made the overall experience more pleasant.

There were a few moments when hallway noise carried into the room, and I noticed it on more than one occasion. It wasn't constant, though, and the place was generally peaceful. Apart from that small issue, I was happy with the room and found it a pleasant place to rest.

I had a positive experience with the staff from different departments, not just reception. Housekeeping was polite, the kitchen team was friendly, and the front desk was responsive when I needed assistance. There were a couple of small delays, but everyone remained professional

Although it took slightly longer than I had hoped, the matter was eventually sorted out and I was satisfied with the result. I thought it was good that they took the time to address my concern instead of ignoring it.

Overall, I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel has a noticeable but pleasant fragrance, especially near the entrance, and it gives the place a fresh feeling when you first walk in. I personally found the scent a little stronger than what I normally prefer, so I think a more subtle fragrance might be better. That said, it wasn't unpleasant and didn't affect my experience at all. After spending some time in the hotel, I didn't really notice it anymore.
