As a loyal returning guest I would expect more loyalty from the premises also
Pros:

Bed comfortabel. Good pillows and the modern furniture style. Charging outlets
Included in the wall for all B or C types

Cons:

After 3 times staying before and loyal returning guest they made me pay €72 for 3 hrs extra late check out. Some courtesy I would expect to keep it exceptional feedback. But now..little disappointed
