Good location, welcoming, clean & comfortable
Pros:

Good location within easy walking distance of shops, cafes etc but not in the middle of a noisy area. Lovely courtyard garden.

Cons:

I returned to the hotel early evening planning to have a drink and sit in the garden but discovered there was no bar open.

Nice calm enjoyable stay
Pros:

Spacious comfortable artistic room. We were upgraded to the artistic room section of the hotel and it was very nice. Location is convenient in walking distance to Rio Douro and bridges and restaurants. Staff friendly responsive to requests
