Definitely worth the stay
Pros:

Location was great, reception staff are exceptional.
The room was great, super comfortable bed.
Breakfast was excellent especially when the main lady was on duty - cannot remember her name but the staff were super attentive when she was there. She anticipated people needing refills of drinks and was constantly checking food and clearing tables herself- she is an asset to the hotel

Fab location, fab stay!
Pros:

Pros:

Great location to walk to city highlights, bars, restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff upon arrival and throughout the visit. Great rooftop bar that also serves snacks. Excellent offerings at breakfast which we enjoyed each day of our visit. The room was higher tech than we saw anywhere else we stayed in Spain or Portugal.

sehr schönes Stadthotel in Top-Lage
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Man hatte Auswahl am Buffet und konnte in der Karte zusätzlich etwas auswählen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Pool ist nicht nur ein Planschbecken; man kann längere Bahnen schwimmen. Die Dachterrasse mit Bar ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Auch kann man dort eine Kleinigkeit essen. Das Auto steht in der Tiefgarage und wird vom Personal geparkt (Aufzug). Jeden Tag bekommt man Trinkwasser aufs Zimmer. Auch steht eine Flasche Portwein bereit.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer wären Haken hilfreich gewesen.

Not worth the price and not a five star hotel
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and accommodating

Cons:

The room and the hotel facilities were very far from 5 star. The room was tiny with zero privacy bathroom facilities and overlooking the wall of the building next to us.
