The staff was so helpful and friendly. Honestly they were just amazing!. They provided a map and showed us sites to see, they arranged our taxis and they always welcomed us when we came back with a smile and warm hello each day. We enjoyed the pool and Turkish bath on a chilly evening.

Spacious bedroom, very chic and modern, with an excellent bathroom and very comfortable beds! The welcome drink was absolutely fantastic - a sweet chilled wine with lemon verbena tea. Super good. Slept well.
The white carpeting in the bedroom was comfy but a little odd for a hotel. Looked very clean though.
The staff member make extra effort to make you feel very welcome.

Breakfast was incredible, the spa relaxing after long days and the location perfect to explore the city with everything in walking distance. Service was very friendly and room spacious and clean. A perfect long weekend stay.
The location was perfect, rooms good size and very nice. The welcome glass of port, lobby bar and restaurant all wonderful! In addition, the staff was exceptional. Incredibly friendly, helpful and they made me want to go back for another visit.
Nothing that I didn’t like. One suggestion is that I wish the bar stayed open a bit later.
