Dos Reis by The Beautique Hotels

The location was convenient for exploring Lisbon and for getting to and from the airport. The room and bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were also great.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were so nice and comfortable!

The staff was wonderful. I had a small issue, checking in where the woman said my room number out loud, where I am from this is not done for safety reasons as someone could overhear the room number and know where a particular customer is saying, if they’re staying alone, if they look like they have expensive things, etc.. Luckily the lobby and surrounding areas were empty and there was no one to overhear so I did not have to ask for a new room. I explained to the woman the safety issue, and again to another staff member who joined the conversation. They were very understanding and not condescending or dismissive at all about my concern. I felt very safe after that conversation with them.
Once in my room, I had a problem with the thermostat and called down to reception, the man from earlier, Elvis, immediately came up to help me with my problem and was very respectful about stepping into the room to see the problem is not to make me feel unsafe in anyway. He went above and beyond to solve my problem and even helped me speak in Portuguese because I have been trying to learn. I thought it was very kind of him to help me practice for a few minutes.

We loved the interior, and the reception was especially nice (special mention to Diogo who checked us in and did such great work!). The hotel has everything you need, the room is cozy and plush, and there’s a nice bar/restaurant downstairs named Anarchia with good drinks and pica. It’s located on a busy main street with plenty of affordable cafés and restaurants of different cuisines!

Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien entretenues. L’ambiance est agréable et reposante, avec un service de qualité du début à la fin du séjour.
Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

This was a 30 day vacation. 2 Cruises, One 7 day land. Of all the hotels this was the best I've ever stayed in. This hotel is wiithin walking distance (about 2 miles) to a large shopping district. The cable cars are outside. This hotel is so modern the t.v. is in a mirror. I would definitely stay here again. The employees were very professional.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était top en 20min à pied tu étais au centre-ville.

This hotel is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and has lovely staff. Tran 28 stops nearby and it’s only 10 mins walk into the heart of the city.
