The property is a great central location and the overall aesthetic is beautiful.
Honestly this place is overhyped. The room I got was not properly maintained as some of the carpet looked stained, the baseboards looked dusty and dirty, the washroom grout was moldy, parts of the curtains were stained. Some of the staff are really nice truthfully but others had an attitude. Also their AI assistant is completely useless. Overall was not impressed but this place considering the cost I would go elsewhere next time. Dont believe the TikTok hype it’s a great location and aesthetic but overall the hotel is mid or atleast the room I got was.

Dos Reis provided a very pleasurable stay for us. The room was clean with beautiful and modern amenities. The hotel itself was well maintained. It was close to the Metro (the trip to the airport proved quick and cheap because of this). We enjoyed our walk to and from the city each evening approximately 25 mins. The staff were so helpful and friendly, which is always so important. I would highly recommend this place.
The street noise was sometimes a nuisance, but once asleep it was fine.

Lage an lauter Straße, oft fahren Kranken-/Rettungswagen mit Sirene direkt vorbei, auch nachts. Sehr einfache Umgebung mit teils ruinösen Häusern.
The hotel was well located for the metro and all modes of transport. The decor was lovely. It was extremely clean. The black out blinds and curtains in the room were operated electronically.
Maybe it is only me but every day I had to request milk in the room for coffee! The machine and pods were readily available.

The location is great. Rooms are very nice, spacious and nicely furnished. Staff was friendly, with very good speaking English. I really recommend this hotel, quality-cost ratio is awesome!
Wunderschöne stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Zentrales Hotel. Nachts hört man jedoch die direkte Straße nicht. Sehr bequeme Betten. Für einen Städtetrip auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen - wir kommen gerne wieder!
Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing.
Communication was slow throughout my stay, and getting answers to simple questions often took longer than expected.
I also experienced what seemed to be an allergic reaction during the night. The carpeted room made my skin very itchy and affected my sleep. Guests who are sensitive to dust, allergens, or carpet-related issues may want to take this into consideration before booking.
The breakfast itself was not expensive (€10), just as the room rate was not particularly high. However, neither the breakfast nor the overall guest experience felt consistent with the price being charged.
The room also differed somewhat from the impression given by the photos. Guests booking a standard room should be aware that the entrance door is located very close to the head of the bed, which may not be comfortable for everyone and is worth considering before booking.
What disappointed me most was the response when I raised these concerns. Rather than receiving an apology or some understanding, I was mostly given explanations and reasons. We never had an argument, yet even at check-out there was not a simple goodbye or basic courtesy.
In the end, it was only a two-night stay and not a major problem for me. However, I think future guests should be aware of these points so they can decide for themselves whether this hotel offers the experience and value they are looking for.
I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We had a very pleasant stay and the room was exceptional. The staff are really friendly and it has to be one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the rooms was incredible.
