Best value hotel- class at a fraction no of the price.
Pros:

Everything- classy, comfortable, great breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. Tram 28 stop and metro really close by.

Die Hotelzimmer und der Service waren super und sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Teppich in beiden unserer Zimmer war recht dreckig und das Frühstück eher unterdurchschnittlich.

Beautiful hotel but terrible location
Pros:

I loved the staff especially Gabriel out in the front reception. He was helpful and very kind.

Cons:

Location is in a bit more of a sketchy area and rough looking. I would say it is not an ideal location. The hotel was perfect but the location is just not ideal. I would stay in Alfama next time.
