Good price, good location, good choice!
Pros:

The staff is very sweet! For some reason they upgraded our room :3
The street looked a bit sketchy at first but we still felt safe and having the hotel room in a side alley certainly has its advantages. It's still very close to many attractions. Our orientation point to get to the hotel was 'Ruth's home', which was also one of my favorite food spots. (The pho rolls are heavenly!)

Cons:

In general you don't really hear your neighbours. But if you have a baby next door, the (closed, maybe former doors?) walls are not soundproof.

super friendly staff!
Pros:

I stayed here for one night at the very end of my trip just before flying home - and while the room was clean and comfy, and the location was great, the standout was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and really went above and beyond! I can’t remember any names but there was one young man who was exceptional when i checked in, and when i had a interview over video call the next evening there was a young lady who did everything to make me more comfortable :)

虫以外は快適でした。
Pros:

ロケーションがよく、歩いて行ける場所が多かったところ。

Cons:

部屋によるのかもしれませんが、常に机の上に細かい蟻がたくさんいました。初日には体長2cmほどのゲジのような虫が2匹出て、少し怖かったです。

Great for budget and solo travelers looking for a calm hotel in the center of HCMC
Pros:

The location in the center of District 1 at around a few minutes from Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Centre and roughly 10 minutes from Vincom Centre was definitely the strongest point as everything was easy to access by foot or by public transportation. The hotel is also very calm at night despite its central location. The staff was very kind, friendly and responsive overall when there was an issue and when needing some recommendations or help. The room has everything I needed overall with a functional shower and clean floors and bedsheets as well as a mini fridge and the price for the room is quite affordable for smaller budgets.

Cons:

The biggest flaw in my opinion for the hotel is the room I got, despite being clean and having the necessary facilities did not have a window going from the outside and it was very dark even at noon. The pricing options were also a bit confusing but the staff understood the situation and the issue was quickly solved.

Great hotel, worth it
Pros:

Great staff, great location, good room.
Staff exceptional, really kind and always smiling :)

Cons:

Everything was nice, maybe the only thing, I would say to have a window in the room. Other than that everything was great!
