Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner. Très bon emplacement pour visiter la ville mais aussi rejoindre l'aéroport. Personnel attentionné et serviable

Prachtig hotel, mooie zwembaden en spa

Cons:

De ontbijtruimte heeft te weinig zitplaatsen waardoor je soms in de rij moest wachten op een tafeltje

Séjour très, très agréable!!
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal et au centre de Ponta Delgada. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant. Hôtel très joli, super propre et ambiance zen.

Cons:

Des petits plus au niveau de la piscine extérieure pourrait être bien:
-Chariot avec serviettes afin d’éviter de passer à la réception pour en récupérer
-La piscine pourrait être chauffée hors des périodes de grande chaleur estivale afin de permettre d’en profiter davantage.

Bardzo dobry hotel. Od początku zostaliśmy miło przyjęci. Pokoj wysprzątany, czysty. Zmieściliśmy sie cała 4 osobowa rodzina. Śniadania dobre. Baseny i SPA na duży plus. Lokalizacja super. Parking dla gości hotelowych dostępny.

Cons:

Drzwi przesuwne do łazienki wymagają poprawy.

only for one night but a very good choice
Pros:

Very nicely renovated building. Former monastery and hospital. Modern rooms, walking distance to down town. Restaurants nearby - O Baco we can recommend. We enjoyed gym and pools. Excellent breakfast.

Excelente hotel, com staff muito educado e disponível. Quartos confortáveis e limpos. Excelente localização em Ponta Delgada. Piscinas do hotel excelentes. Opção excelente para férias em família.

Beautiful historic renovated convent building, wonderful staff , all kinds of coffee at breakfast if you ask for it :) , indoor sauna and indoor pool superb , outdoor pool wonderful in the courtyard , late breakfast :) , Steve and his colleagues at reception very helpful and friendly. Wonderful service ! I love the idea that the hotel chain has their own vineyards and that the wine prices are really fair and the wines are excellent 👌

Agradable, pero...
Pros:

La atención del personal, el desayuno, el edificio.

Cons:

En la planta de arriba, cuarta planta, se escucha toda la noche el ruido que producen los equipos de aire acondicionado.
El baño es pequeño y la taza del water está demasiado pegada a la pared. Además te das con la pierna en el portarrollos del papel higiénico.
