Not a 4 star
Pros:

Location was nice, staff was nice even though some inexperienced, like the very nice valet, that accidentally closed an electric trunk manually, luckily not damaging it (which made me afraid to avail of the valet service to be honest). Receptionist was nice but didn't share breakfast times, local shops or anything else, seemed also inexperienced. Bedroom was comfortable but quite small. Nice staff in the SPA.

Cons:

Inexperienced staff, breakfast was quite weak, coffee machine broke down multiple times, no fresh coffee/late served, only via machine, not a lot of choice on both colds and hots, even though many tables were free when we arrived none of them were set up and we had to ask for cuttlery. Quite unpleasant. Decoration was nice though. Bed was nice but pillows quite uncomfortable. We were told that there's a pillow menu when we checked out, not useful... SPA has a mildly warm pool, not really heated as it claims to be. Sauna is tiny but the staff are nice.

Die Zimmer waren groß und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig.
