Excelente relación precio-calidad. Gran cordialidad en la atención, impecable en la limpieza y desayuno excepcionalmente bueno.
Nada que no supiera de antemano. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero algo pequeñas en tamaño (lo que suele ser usual en ciudades capitales) y el hotel se encuentra retirado unas 5-6 cuadras de las zonas más visitadas (Avda. da Liberdade o Parque Eduardo VII, en este caso).
Staff educado e atencioso, bom café da manhã e quarto relativamente espaçoso.

We booked this hotel for our vacation in Lisbon to celebrate our honeymoon, and the experience couldn't have been more incredible! We were warmly welcomed, and the staff showed so much care and thoughtfulness toward this special moment in our lives. The hotel itself is amazing. The breakfast is extremely complete, and the room is highly technological, offering a level of comfort that we had never experienced before. This was truly a memorable stay that we will definitely recommend to all our friends and family. Also is close to the subway and transport in general, quiet and the shower is amazing. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, attention, and for making our honeymoon so special. We are back in Brazil now, but we brought home unforgettable memories of our time with you!

The staff!! Super friendly and helpful.
The cup in the bathroom had marks of toothpaste on the bottom, one of the teacups was not properly clean, and there was a body hair in the bathroom, I think the cleaning staff could pay a bit more attention to the details.

Badezimmer, vor allem die Dusche war sehr klein.
Sehr schönes Stadthotel in guter Lage, mit sehr großem Frühstücksbuffet. Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit komfortable Matratzen und guter Klimaanlage und sogar Kühlschrank. Außerdem hat das Reinigungspersonal stets frische Handtücher bereitgestellt und liebevoll das Bett gemacht.
