Entre Ruas Apartments

We were 5 people total, had been traveling through Portugal for almost two weeks, this was our last night. Although communication was great about how to check in as you have to go to a neighboring hotel, wish we had known about the hours you can drive on the street closer to the apartment. We each had a small rolling bag and a backpack and several other random bags. The trek from the hotel, up an alleyway, up two flights of stairs on the road, up a sloped street the apartment is on, then up 5 flights of stairs was not easy although we got some help from hotel staff. So pack light! But I think I’d do it again because it’s such a beautiful space and area. Also, I know not common in Portugal but I had planned on washing clothes, there was no dryer just a drying rack which would have been fine had we had more time but should be listed.

При бронировании с меня списали 150 евро в качестве депозита без моего ведома и мне потребовалось много усилий и более 1 месяца для его возврата. Слишком большая сумма только для проверки наличия средств на карте, по моему мнению. Квартиры расположены на пешеходной улице, а мы на автомобилях попались в западню с узкими улочками. Сначала нужно ехать в отель для регистрации заселения и парковки автомобиля и только потом пешком отправляться до квартир (5 минут примерно). В здании нет лифта. На 4 этаж ведёт крутая и узкая лестница

The only negative was the stairs. It’s an old building and no room for a lift

The photos of the apartment are staged and make it seem way nicer than it is. Everything in the apartment felt cheap and mid. It was also quite loud. Soundproofing is inadequate, especially for the moped that drove through the streets in the early hours of the morning and kept us awake, and hours of a low grade noise coming from somewhere - TV next door? Music outside? The apartment, although generally clean, had things that made it feel dirty: a squashed fly on the wall above the bed (see photos), an old dishcloth, bird poop on the stairs leading to the garden, AC filter dirty (I washed it myself because it was giving me allergies - I added before and after photos), a blanket without a duvet (in a hotel, yuck), a pot with something stuck to the sides. Although the staff was generally nice, when my husband asked for a set of sheets for the sofa bed because I was sick and needed to sleep separately, the guy he spoke to was clearly inconvenienced by the request. Also, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. We would definitely never stay here again.

Long walk with bags and a steep climb, but not a problem for our group.

De tuin / terras: er stonden twee stoeltjes in een soort gangetje als zijnde terras bij het appartement en via wenteltrap kwam je op een soort terrastuin voor alle appartementen, maar deze was totaal niet onderhouden. Dat was jammer.
