Wir haben uns sehr wohl und umsorgt gefühlt!
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Nicht zuletzt durch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, auch im Zimmer fühlte man sich sehr umsorgt und willkommen!
Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente sind sehr geschmackvoll und ästhetisch.

Best Hotel in Casscais
Pros:

This was the perfect stay. The only negative part was the fact that we left. Perfect location, perfect a la carte breakfast with exceptional cooking and the cherry on top was the staff. Flawless in every way. Rita and Davide were excellent hosts. Will come again for sure!

Stylish, Welcoming, and Perfect in Every Way
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Artsy Hotel. The building is absolutely beautiful, with its original floors and staircases preserved, while the modern interior design creates a perfect blend of history and contemporary comfort.

Everything was spotless, and the location could not be better. What makes this hotel special is the attention to detail and the genuine care shown to guests. Despite its stylish design, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel at home rather than in a typical hotel.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They were especially attentive to my mother, who has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten. Finding safe and suitable options is often challenging when we travel, so their care and willingness to accommodate her needs meant a lot to us.

We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

A beautiful oasis of calm.
Pros:

This was my third stay here and it was as exceptional and excellent as my first. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are so friendly and accommodating- I thoroughly recommend.
