very desapointing
Pros:

the swimming pool was closed
the roof top was closed
the mini bar was empty
these are not what we could expect for a 5 stars hotel

Cons:

i have choosen the hotel for pool and rooftop none of them works after a message we booked we wish to enjoy the spa it was also closed

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y el personal fue muy atento, los bell boys también.
Nos gustó que tenia estacionamiento.

Que un dia no hicieron el cuarto y q estaba muy lejos del centro.

Ha újra Portoba megyek, csak ide! Figyelmesek, fantasztikus welcome koktél, minden nap víz be készítés - ajánlom!
Pros:

Picit messzebb a központtól, de remek kilátás, és a közelben a metró, ami a központi hídról egyenesen hazahoz. Hozta az ötcsillagos szintet! csodás tető medencével, nyugalom, kedves személyzet.

Top-notch staff and facilities, good location.
Pros:

Excellent food and service. The staff was outstanding and the amenities were very good. The area required a little walking to get to main sites, but there were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
