Uma estadia 5 estrelas
Pros:

O Hotel é um verdadeiro 5 estrelas na cidade do Porto. Novo, com todas as comodidades necessárias. Os funcionários foram sempre super prestaveis e disponiveis.
A piscina infinita e sky bar no ultimo andar é um verdadeiro plus no hotel.
Recomendo a todos os que visitem o Porto.

Need to stay in a higher floor room and nowhere near lift

Great pool and good area to stay in to visit Porto

Cons:

We were in a room opposite the lift which was over the bar room 123. One night was very noisy we asked to be moved but we were told no other double rooms available, very disappointed.
Two out of our 6 nights were disturbed by noise.
Very slow to do our rooms, you got better service if you only stayed a couple of nights rather than 6, slow to clean our rooms and slow to respond to complaints. Breakfast also v expensive 30 Euros each!

Pros:

Spacious rooms, great accomodation. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was immense, and the best start one can imagine for a Camino without the same luxury.

Besonderes, modernes Stadthotel
Pros:

Schöne moderne,geräumige Zimmer,bequeme Betten,gute Ausstattung,nette Begrüssung mit welcome drink und paste de Nata auf dem Zimmer.Der pool ist ein Träumchen☺️

Cons:

Die Stimmung beim Frühstück war leider sehr hektisch und laut ,da eine grössere Gruppe im Hotel war....Sauna und Innenpool Nutzung nur gegen Gebühr und leider erst ab 9.00Uhr....macht schwimmen vor dem Frühstück etwas schwietig
