I really appreciated the complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room. The room was modern, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the breakfast room is beautiful. Most of the staff were friendly, professional and welcoming.

Cons:

After arriving tired from a long journey, I was disappointed to find the rooftop pool completely full, with no available sunbeds or even a place to sit. The €15 daily charge for the spa also feels excessive for hotel guests staying at a 5-star property. I was also surprised by the €50 credit card deposit at check-in, as this was not clearly communicated before arrival. In addition, the Marriott TV streaming service did not work because the QR code and website were unavailable. Finally, the staff member at the pool reception was noticeably less friendly than the rest of the team.

Assolutamente consigliato!
Pros:

Hotel bellissimo. Staff gentilissimo, stanza silenziosa e accogliente. Solo il bagno un po’ piccino ma comunque splendido. Colazione eccellente. Posizione a 2 minuti a piedi da una fermata della metro, in due fermate sei in pieno centro. Perfetta!

Cons:

Non siamo riusciti a ordinare il servizio in camera, ma era tardino quindi ci sta.

Schöner Aufenthalt und gute Ausgangslage für die Stadt.
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit Infinite Pool Richtung Stadt, sehr schöne Zimmer mit einem tollen Bad und einen großen guten Fitness Bereich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und reichhaltig. Am Outdoor-Pool gab es eine Bar mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück sehr anonym und wirkt teilweise gelangweilt insbesondere, wenn es voll ist. Ansonsten insgesamt eine Atmosphäre eines typischen Stadthotels.

Lovely hotel up to the Martiott standard and the staff were outstanding.
Pros:

Very modern and lots of open space. Roof top pool was very welcome and the staff were all so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A minor issue.
The tea and coffee in the room wasn’t replenished on a daily basis and the tea was loose tea with no strainer or milk. Only creamer in the fridge for the coffee when we arrived.
