Quarto muito confortável, com cama e lençóis macios. Mimo de boas-vindas muito simpático. Decoração muito charmosa e elegante do quarto. Boa localização na cidade.

Great short stay in Porto
Pros:

Arts Hotel gad a lovely bar, with good wine and great choice of drinks. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were small but very functional. It was in a very quiet area, so had no problem sleeping, and had lots of cafes to get coffee and breakfast. Easy 10 minute walk into Porto, uphill to come back, great for fitness levels.

Not much of a view, other than another hotel

Pros:

Excelente hotel, moderno, confortable, limpio, elegante y habitaciones insonorizadas. Muy céntrico a todo lo importante de ver. Personal muy amable y en especial gracias a Rogerio por su inestimable ayuda y amabilidad. Lo recomiendo especialmente.

Heerlijk genoten van de Portugese gastvrijheid op een goede locatie.
Pros:

Ontbijt is prima en goede keuze, beetje jammer dat een gebakken eitje extra kost. Wel top dat ontbijt tot 11.00 uur genuttigd kan worden. Personeel receptie is uiterst bekwaam en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Niet veel, sluitingstijd van bar om 23.30 is misschien een beetje vroeg.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do interesujących miejsc w Porto. Cisza sprzyjająca odpoczynkowi w pokoju, dyskretna obsługa hotelowa. Dobra obsługa na recepcji hotelu.

Cons:

Nie przypadło mi do gustu rozwiązanie łazienki w pokoju. Spodziewałam się, że to będzie bardziej ustronne miejsce. Dodatkowo w pokoju były stoliki z blatem imitującym kamień, a na nich okrągłe plamy od stawianych szklanek. Na początku myślałam, że pokój jest źle posprzątany ale po sprawdzeniu, że te irytujące plamy nie schodzą okazało się że to nie jest wina ekipy sprzątającej. W hotelu tej klasy albo trzeba zmienić środki do sprzątania albo stoliki🫣 W pokoju w serwisie kawowym są filiżanki a zamiast łyżeczki drewniany patyczek, czy ktoś kiedyś ukradł łyżeczki? W hotelu z tyloma gwiazdkami oczekiwałam czegoś więcej. Dodatkowo śniadanie hotelowe niczym się nie wyróżnia, jest po prostu coś do zjedzenia bez fantazji i przekazu lokalnej kultury kulinarnej. W mieście tak licznych restauracji i kawiarni jedzenie w hotelu z takim standardem śniadaniowym nie ma sensu. Po drugiej stronie ulicy jest znacznie lepsza i do tego tansza oferta.
