The superior room booked with view was a bit small and I am claustrophobic
Amazing location, literally at the heart of the Alfama area, everything is within walking distance.
Very friendly staff who kept the hotel and rooms exceptionally clean and tidy. Gorgeous courtyard with epic views to watch the world go by! Great breakfast too!
Can’t fault this hotel, especially for the price as a late booking. Would love a kettle in the room but coffee machine downstairs was available all day and complimentary

Everything from check in to check out, staff was super helpful and the hotel decor is beautiful, confy and holds a super chill and peaceful environment which is key to enjoying such a space, even the cleaning staff was so nice. Im definitely coming back
