Pros:

La habitación y el desayuno están muy bien, insonorizado ya que el aeropuerto está muy cerca.
Marco fue super atento y educado, el mejor del personal

Cons:

El ruido de las puertas al cerrarse molesta bastante y el spa no merece la pena, son 10€ más 3€ porque te cobran el gorro, la sauna estaba estropeada y la piscina es muy pequeña, no tiene nada de chorros ni nada y no hay nada para agarrarse al entrar y salir del agua, el agua más bien fría, en el jacuzzi era imposible meterse la gente está mucho tiempo dentro, pocas tumbonas...
Al menos podían incluir el gorro en el precio y haber hecho un descuento por lo q no funcionaba...
Un día se olvidaron de reponer las toallas y el papel higiénico en la habitación y la persona que lo trajo no fue muy agradable...
El personal de recepción no se esfuerza mucho por ayudar con algunas cuestiones q en cualquier hotel te resuelven

O hotel tem muito boa apresentação e o quarto estava muito completo e bonito. A cama também era confortável.

Ouvia se um pouco o barulho dos quartos adjacentes e na sala de pequeno as mesas estavam demasiado em cima umas das outras, bem como deveriam de ter mais variedade.

De maneira geral descepcionante!! Atenção para as letras miúdas do anúncio e fotos: o uso da piscina tem cobrança de valor adicional para uso, pois é considerada parte do SPA. Tínhamos reservado quarto com vista e nossa vista foi para um poço de luz do hotel: péssimo! Há vários andares de garagem e nos indicaram que estaríamos no 1SS e ao chegar não estava disponível: devido a info inadequada da atendente, houve uma grande confusão e perda de tempo. E a garagem também é paga. Hotel bonito e instalações legais, fora isso tudo descepcionante.
