Excellent facilities in a prime urban location, stained by some staff faults

Cons:

Two issues, both staff-related: I) usual “ghost” towel occupation in the sun beds of the pool area, leaving very little room for other guests, ii) upon check out, I was asked to bring back the pool towels from my room, even though I was not informed about it during check-in. As the hotel is rather big, it would be a very long walk back and forth imposed upon the guest. I complained and ultimately the manager let it go, but the staffs insistence on this was not too reasonable in such a good (and relatively pricy) hotel.
