Excellent hotel centre of Lisbon .

Cons:

Just an observation not a complaint but bar staff on numerous occasions cut off to serve the American guests when they were serving other nationalities.

Hotel bem centralizado e confortável.

Cons:

Na rua de esquina ao hotel de pouco movimento, tem pessoas se drogando dia e noite … muito desagradável. Deveria haver segurança impedindo esse tipo de coisa. Pra se chegar ao estacionamento no hotel vizinho se passa por essa rua horrorosa. O hotel é centralizado mas bem próximo se encontram areas bem duvidosas. Não gostei

Loved it, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The hotel itself was stunning!! Very well positioned in the middle of Lisbon, close to shops, restaurants etc.

Cons:

Bathroom was small, but clean & had all amenities. Staff were a little reluctant to help out - front desk & bar staff. Everything seemed to be an effort and they told you so.
