Beautiful and eco-friendly hotel
Pros:

is super new and has a surprising attention paid to environmental issue (e.g. packaging, water refiller), an absolute outlier compared to the rest of indonesia.
Breakfast is also very rich. 1.5km away from the hotel there is a nice waterfront with a local restaurant that could be worth visiting

Pros:

All the personal were very friendly, all but especially Nazir (reception) and Kholil (bar). This personal seem to do all effort to make the customers happy!
Even when we hot stock in the center personal of the hotel helpt us for transport.

Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp ok
Pros:

Das Hotel hat ordentliche und ausreichend große saubere Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. In der Umgebung gibt es leider nicht viel, der von anderen angesprochene Nachtmarkt war am Abend nicht vorhanden. D.h. Essen entweder im Hotel oder in einem der Warungs in der Umgebung. Richtige Restaurants haben wir keine gefunden.

Cons:

Das Personal ist zwar sehr freundlich aber in der Auskunftbereitschaft sehr kompliziert. Wir wollten in den 2nd floor zu der angeblichen Rooftopbar, konnten die Etage im Aufzug aber nicht wählen. Bei dem Versuch, dies an der Rezeption zu klären, mussten wir erst mit drei verschiedenen Leuten sprechen, um zu erfahren, dass der Bereich wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen ist. Entweder ist das Personal schlecht informiert oder traut sich keine Aussage zu. Beides entspricht keinem Mercure Standard.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön. Der Markt ist sehr nahe.

Cons:

Wir wollten in dee oberen Lounge/Bar essen. Leider war das Essen wirklich nicht gut. Lieber auswärts essen gehen.
