Reservei um quarto com cozinha para poder cozinhar para a bebé, o exaustor não funcionava, dirigi-me à receção várias vezes para encontrar uma resolução, a qual não aconteceu.
Os funcionários apenas lamentaram, não consertaram nem nos mudaram de quarto

O quarto nao estava devudamzntz limpo. Durante a estadia num dia não arrumaram o meu quarto, nao recolheram o lixo e nao disseram nada. No segundo dia não
,nos deixaram utilizar a pisciba porque tingam um evento. Inaceitável....

Já conheço o hotel e gosto sempre de voltar.

Cons:

Desta vez não gostei apenas do facto do Bar da piscina não estar a funcionar. Em relação à piscina interior, também gostaria que tivesse havido controle no uso da touca que é obrigatória conforme informação na porta de entrada, no entanto a maior parte das pessoas encontrava-se dentro de água sem touca, adultos e crianças, sem controle do hotel.

Pros:

Bom pequeno almoço, bastante variado.
Muito boa localização

Cons:

O facto de só terem estúdios e quartos duplos com cama separadas, quando há espaço para pelo menos colocarem duas camas juntas. A demora no check-in, filas enormes atualmente não se justificam, deviam estar preparados para check-in online.

Tinha tudo para ser perfeito se o hotel estivesse preparado para receber hóspedes!

Falta de funcionários e cuidado com o hóspede!
Num dos dias não limparam o quarto e tinha frigorífico e exaustor avariados. Nas refeições tinham falta de funcionários e não serviram bebidas a tempo da refeição.
