Funcionários com pouca experiência.
Bar exteior da piscina fechado. Bar interior de serviço com poucos funcionários para o número de hóspedes que o hotel comportava o que tornava inviável a solicitação de qualquer serviço.

Bom para descansar, espaço tranquilo, mas significativamente caro para o serviço prestado.

As piscinas interior e exterior.

Cons:

Falta de higienização e limpeza, para hotel de 4 estrelas ficou à quem das expectativas. O hotel apresenta níveis elevados de degradação. O exaustor da cozinha e o cofre estavam avariados. A falta de uma máquina de café, deixou-nos desiludidos com o estúdio.

adorei o staff, o Tiago do bar, o Lao ( sei que é argentino) que foi incrível e uma menina que tem um nome estranho mas eu chamava-a Hana, muito, muito simpáticos e prestáveis

Cons:

Acho que o buffet podia ter comida mais portuguesa, assemelha-se muito aos buffets nos hotéis em Espanha

Buenos días y localidad con mucho encanto
Pros:

Alojamiento familiar, cómodo con eventos para la familia. Cerca de la playa y con dos piscinas (interior y exterior). En nuestro caso nos alojamos en un apartamento y estuvimos muy cómodos y en silencio.

Cons:

Tal vez es un hotel muy enfocado a la familia con hijos. Somos una pareja sin hijos y no había nada para nosotros de actividades

Wir können das Hotel und Troia insgesamt mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, hatte von allem ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack. Die Lage ist optimal, ein paar Gehminuten vom Strand und Hafen entfernt. Der Pool wurde von unserer 8 jährigen Enkelin ebenfalls hoch geschätzt. Alles in Allem, können wir das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war im 2. Stock im Anchor-Sea, wir hatten eigentlich keine Sicht aufs Meer, erst ab ca. 4./5. Stock ist das Meer wirklich sichtbar. Die Musik am Pool hat für unser Verständnis zu früh am Morgen begonnen, aber wir sind auch keine Frühaufsteher. Musik ab 10.00 Uhr wäre früh genug gewesen.

Appartement vue sur mer, magnifique
Pros:

L’appartement est très grand avec une super vue sur la mer, les chambres sont spacieuses. La décoration est moderne, il y a énormément de rangement. Le personnel est souriant et à l’écoute le petit déjeuner et le dîner sous forme de buffet sont assez variés. La piscine extérieur est agréable et la piscine intérieure très chaude.

Cons:

Manque de transat autour de la piscine, attente de l’ascenseur très longue, manque d’efficacité du personnel du bar de la piscine. Restaurant gratuit pour les moins de 12 ans, ce qui pourrait être un avantage mais qui devient vite un inconvénient quand on rencontre des tables de deux adultes avec huit enfants très bruyant.
