Absolutely recommended.
Pros:

I was extremely pleased with the hotel. The room and bathroom were unusually well thought-out in terms of the use of space. The room was not generously sized but it didn't feel cramped because of the optimal use of space. Excellent, varied breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Not a complaint, but a suggestion:. There is a door facing onto the street that doesn't open from outside, though it looks, at first sight, as if it ought to be the reception. The reception is, in fact, through an entrance to the left of the building. It would be helpful if the street door had a notice with an arrow pointing to reception. I know I am a bit slow sometimes, but it took me a while before I realised where the reception was.

Great deal. Excellent location, lovely staff and amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and very well located hotel. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Also free snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Lovely staff, especially Lina, who was particularly kind, very helpful and with great energy. Obrigada Lina!

C’était formidable,déjà l’accueil une très gentille dame qui nous a accueilli ensuite la chambre était très propre il ne manquait rien sans parler du petit déjeuner tout était parfait

Rien je la suis sentie comme à la maison c’était dommage que nous avons voulu prolonger notre séjour mais tout était déjà plein 😔😔😔😔

Praia is een prettige, schone plek met heel vriendelijk personeel. We hebben genoten van het ontbijt en de fijne voorzieningen.

Cons:

Helaas was het matras echt aan vervanging toe, wat effect had op onze nachtrust.

Excellent hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

Spotless, great location. Room size very good

Cons:

Location seemed to be very hard to find by taxi/Uber drivers, despite being given post code. Some confusion over whether the address is Number 22 or 30. Also either a small fridge in the room or a communal fridge in the breakfast/coffee area would help, given there is no bar.
