Relax in Alentejo
Pros:

Location meravigliosa, immersa nel nulla, silenziosa, bella vista.
Piscina molto bella, rilassante, sdraio comode.
Stanza molto grande, spaziosa, con accesso diretto al giardino e vista bellissima.
Abbiamo provato anche la cena con menù fisso, molto buona e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, super consigliata!

Very disappointing for a Vila Galé Collection hotel, we would not return
Pros:

The hotel is in a lovely peaceful location on the Vila Galé winery estate, the views were beautiful . The rooms are comfortable but very few upstairs have balconies. The swimming pool is large but not enough sunbeds for everyone.

Cons:

The hotel was advertised as no children, but now they accept children even though the sister hotel on the estate is very much designed for children. We booked a table for the restaurant expecting an à la carte menu, however on arrival we were informed we could only have buffet food, we were shocked by this and sat and watched the children picking up food on the buffet and putting it back again, the “hot” meat and fish sat there for at least 40 minutes unchanged so we left. We were later informed that we could order from the menu but this was not made clear on our arrival. As the hotel is remote there are no other local restaurants. The air conditioning in our room did not work.

Boa Estadia Alentejana
Pros:

Hotel num ambiente tranquilo, com boas vistas, quarto amplo e limpo. É possível alugar bicicletas, 1h gratuita. Como tinhamos uma criança podémos usufruir do outro Hotel Nep Kids que foi muito bom.

Cons:

O tempo de check in e check out, só tinha uma pessoa e tanto no check in como no check out esperei certa de meia hora pela minha vez. No buffet principalmente ao jantar poderia ter um pouco mais de variedade

Funcionários mal preparados. Não tem elevador. Funcionarios não pegam as malas. Temos que subir escadas com malas pesadas. O anexo de quartos não tem acesso de carro.

Dois dias bem passados no Alentejo
Pros:

Conforto dos quartos as instalaçoes e o pessoal muito simpatico. Umas Espreguiçadeiras a mais na piscina nao seria mau.

Cons:

No que toca ao pequeno almoço, era complicado pq o espaço para tomar o pequeno almoço era bastante redusido deveria haver mais mesas para e cadeiras. Talvez nesta semana tivessem cheios!

Pequeno almoço muito bom. Área da piscina muito boa. Paisagens , localização e áreas circundantes fabulosas.

Cons:

Sendo um hotel concebido para adultos, e existindo uma unidade próxima destinada exclusivamente a famílias com crianças, o facto é que existem igualmente muitas crianças neste hotel. Retira muita tranquilidade ao espaço.

Tranquilo, simpático e muito confortável, vista fantástica.
Pros:

Simpatia funcionários e tranquilidade. Alojamento muito limpo, moderno e super confortável.

Cons:

Falta priscina interior no alojamento, podendo utilizar a do alojamento mais próximo, mas necessita a deslocação de carro, e a deslocação a pé implica apanhar algum frio e chuva. Poderiam colocar secadores do cabelo na parede do wc dos quartos.

Toller Service in idyllischer Umgebung
Pros:

Die Lage ist phänomenal: Ruhig, in der Natur mit sehr gepflegter Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und fürsorglich. Als jemand von uns fast krank wurde, brachten sie Tee aufs Zimmer und fragten telefonisch nach, ob alles okay sei.
Das Frühstück findet personalisiert am Tisch statt.
Auf Nachfrage wurde für uns eine Weintour im nahegelegenen Weingut organisiert.

Cons:

Kritik gibt es nur auf hohem Niveau: Das Innere des Hotels ist etwas steril und passt nicht ganz zum Landcharm der Gegend.
Die Abflüsse im Bad sollten vielleicht wiedermal gereinigt werden, da das Wasser nur etwas träge abfliesst.
