Pros:

The rooms aren’t huge (you know that when you book), but very comfortable. Everything in the room is of very good quality, including a Nespresso machine with enough cups.
My room was one of the few that had a bathroom with window, which I always like.
Their pricing is very dynamic and dropped right after I booked, which is part of the game. When I mentioned that at checkin they ‘solved’ it very elegantly by assigning a nicer room than I booked, as they had space.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit too soft for my taste.

tolles Hotel, genial gelegen, sauber, ruhig, zentral.
Pros:

Extrem schönes und sauberes Hotel, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, alles unkompliziert und gut funktionierend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles (wir haben 2x nachgebucht und man immer eine gute Lösung für uns gefunden).

Cons:

Nur eines, ein ganz kleines Detail, verstehen wir nicht:
Wieso steht beim Frühstücksbuffet die Butterschale (ja, die Butterschale, man nimmt mit dem Messer selber raus, also keine Portionen) direkt hinter dem Toaster. Ich finde, man müsste die Butterschale kühlen . . . .

Great place central to the sights and excitement of Lisbon
Pros:

The hotel is in a prime location close to everything, the staff was great and the rooms were lovely. We had drinks at the bar for happy hour and overall really enjoyed our short stay.

Cons:

My only complaint is that we asked on the first night what time the bar closed and were told midnight. When we arrived back at hotel after a late dinner and Fado show at 11:37pm, we were told the bar had closed at 11:30pm and we had to leave the hotel to try to find somewhere for a drink.

Dobrze że tylko 1 noc tam spędziłam
Pros:

Pokój mały. Bardzo wysoka cena w stosunku do noclegu na 1 noc i jakości całej oferty hotelu.Rano duża kolejka do kawy czy herbaty bo był tylko 1 ekspres do kawy i gorącej wody.

Beautiful location and great hotel overall.
Pros:

Great location, good shower, good outlets for phone charging, clean, free drinks in fridge unlike other hotels the drinks in the room are complimentary. Easy to get a uber to the door of the hotel.

Cons:

Our room was on the small side but ok.
