I give this hotel ten out of ten
Pros:

Everything from the facilities to the wonderful breakfast friendliness and support of staff, the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel in general

Cons:

The location could be a little better but it was so good it was worth the 10 - 15mins it took to walk to the centre of the strip. One suggestion would be to replace the parasol stands on the room terraces as they have a rusty base and leave a lot of rust behind when moved which makes the place look a little unsightly and creates unnecessary extra work for the cleaners every day

A very clean and comfortable stay
Pros:

It was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Room cleaned daily and a good location in Portimao, with places to eat and drink nearby, beaches and a 10 minute walk from the new town

Nice stay in a nice place
Pros:

Nice breakfast Buffet, all You wish for. The Pool Bar was open until late and with friendly servers. Reception was professional and very helpful

A very friendly well situated modern ultra clean hotel
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful suggested places to visit and did give us a good local fish restaurant.

Cons:

Only a minor problem wad as that the small coffee maker was too complicated to work . Did pass this onto staff
