Viešbutis arti paplūdymio, viršutiniame aukšte yra superinis baseinas. Aptarnaujantis personalas labai mandagus, paslaugus. Pusryčiai - pasirinkimas platus, kiekvieno skoniui nuo Europietiško iki Azijietoško maisto. Vaisių įvairovė buvo superinė. Tiesiog didžiausios rekomendacijos 10 iš 10

Pros:

Schönes modernes Hotel mit einem tollen Infinity Pool mit grandioser Aussicht. Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Obstauswahl. Aufmerksames Personal, insb. am Empfang (z.B. Ms. Mai Hoan). Bad mit Dmschöner Dusche mit Aussicht aufs Meer und Badewanne. Schöner, im Wesentlichen sauberer Strand, mit Wellen und Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten

Cons:

Schön wäre nur gewesen, wenn das Hotel einen eigenen Bereich am Strand mit eigenen Liegen hätte. So muss man sich welche mieten (was aber sehr günstig möglich ist).
Wir hatten als fünfköpfige Familie (mit drei minderjährigen Kindern) zwei Zimmer gebucht und darum gebeten, dass diese möglichst nah beieinander, zumindest auf der gleichen Etage gelegen sind. Dies könnte/wollte man uns nicht vorab zusagen - dies würde bei Check-in in Abhängigkeit von der Buchungssituation an dem Tag entschieden. Wir wussten daher bis zum Check-in nicht, ob dies klappt, was nicht optimal und für uns nicht ganz nachvollziehbar war. Letztlich haben wir dann aber sogar zwei unmittelbar nebeneinander liegende Zimmer mit Verbindungstür bekommen, was natürlich super war.

Great location on the beach with luxury rooms
Pros:

The room was spacious and stylish. The buffet breakfast had a huge selection of everything you can imagine. Swimming the pool was an experience due to the elevation and horizon waterfall edge.

Fajny pobyt w M Hotel :)
Pros:

Bardzo nowoczesny obiekt.
Z niesamowitym widokiem i basenem na dachu.
Ze Świetnym śniadaniem i dodatkowym extra czasem na herbatkę i deser 14-16.

Cons:

Panie na recepcji raczej srednio sympatyczne.
Prosilismy o wczesniejszy meldunek bez szans. Za to wczesniejsza płatnosc jak najbardziej :).
Prosilismy o to czy moglibysmy zaplacic nastepnego dnia to był za duży problem dla Pani z recepcji bo był weekend i mielismy dodatkowe koszty z platnoscia Revolutem.

Coż gdyby Obsługa była tak profesjonalna jak sam hotel byl by idealny.

Pros:

L’hôtel est incroyable !! On a fait beaucoup d’hôtels au Vietnam dans plusieurs villes et c’est de loin le meilleur. Les piscines rooftop avec vue sur la mer sont superbes les chambres spacieuses et bien équipées le mini bar est gratuit le personnel au top et on a juste à traverser la route pour se retrouver sur la belle plage de Danang. On a passé un merveilleux séjour !!! On y reviendra à nos prochaines vacances toute la famille a été conquise !!

A modern hotel with excellent views, but poor hospitality from some staff

Good view and excellent location. I like the architecture and pool views.

Cons:

The staff was unfriendly. We did not have a good experience with the staff who assisted us during check-in and check-out. The hospitality could definitely be improved. However, the male manager was very helpful and attentive, which we appreciated.
The breakfast was average and could also be improved. It would be better to offer more variety and flexibility in the breakfast options.

Lovely stay, in a nice part of Da Nang.
Pros:

The hotel is modern, and the rooms are great. The bed is so comfortable, best night sleep since arriving in Vietnam. Infinity pool at night is beautiful. Breakfast was good but no matter what time you go it’s always crowded, seems like there isn’t enough tables for the amount of guest on busy days.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that stood out, maybe just the queue for breakfast.
