Wir haben hier zum dritten Mal übernachtet und haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit vollem Meeresblick erhalten.
Wir wurden wie immer herzlich empfangen und man hat sich an uns erinnert.
Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel ist super sauber und der Pool auf der Dachterasse ist ein Traum.

Pros:

A stunning hotel. Very unexpected, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was a treat and we looked forward to the tasty dishes served. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Danang.

Modern hotel with excellent amenities
Pros:

Hotel was modern and spacious. Very well equipped gym. Hotel is located right across the road from the beach with plenty of food choices around the area from Vietnamese to international. There is also a supermarket right next door. A nice place to relax, in or around the hotel area or you can just get a grab to nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend

We overall had a really good experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and in a great location, and honestly we couldn’t fault most aspects of our stay.

Cons:

There was one major issue that needs to be mentioned because it became a safety concern. The shower water temperature was extremely unstable. During every shower, the water would suddenly turn boiling hot and stay that way for several minutes, regardless of how we adjusted the lever. Even moving it fully toward cold often made it hotter instead of cooler.

We reported it on the first day and staff came to inspect it but naturally the issue didn’t happen while they were in the room. The same thing happened again the next day and again it failed to reproduce while they were checking. Instead of properly investigating the issue, we felt dismissed. Staff explained how to use the shower controls as if we didn’t know how a standard mixer tap works which honestly came across as quite patronising. They also suggested moving us to another room even though we never asked to be moved — we simply wanted the issue fixed — and the alternative room offered would have been a downgrade from the room category we originally booked.

I don’t think the staff were intentionally rude but the handling of the issue was frustrating because the problem was very real and consistent throughout our stay. A shower unexpectedly turning scalding hot is not a minor inconvenience — I almost genuinely got burned.

Aside from that issue the hotel itself was lovely. I just hope management properly checks the plumbing or hot water system so future guests don’t experience the same problem.
