Toller Aufenthalt! Wir würden es wieder buchen!
Pros:

Tolle Lage wenn auch kein direkter Strandzugang. Dennoch direkt am beliebtesten und schönsten Strand Abschnitt in Da Nang. Verpflegung war sehr gut, alleine das complimentary afternoon tea mit Kaffee und Kuchen hat einen nice touch!

Der Infinity pool auf dem Dach ist ein Highlight wenn man einfach mal in Ruhe entspannen wollte.

Gym war vernünftig ausgestattet.

Frühstück gab auch ausreichend Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Die Zimmer waren super schön groß und sehr komfortabel! Bequemes Bett, schönes Bad. Einfach klasse.

Cons:

Gibt eigentlich nichts dran auszusetzen! Preis Leistung ist wirklich super stark.

Overall great stay!
Pros:

The bathroom is huge! The buffet breakfast was my favourite part. Every morning I looked forward to my breakfast! Quality and variety were great! The staff always made sure the food was presented nicely and replenished. Bed was comfy and the view from our room was amazing. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Cons:

The fragrance diffuser was a bit too strong in the kids club. Especially with young kids I was conscious about this. Just a tad too strong.

Good location by the beach and close to shops and restaurants but pretty noisy at night
Pros:

The Pool was outstanding but that’s about it really. We were disappointed with staff - not as friendly as other places we stayed at unfortunately. Room was good.

Pros:

Es war alles perfekt. Von dem Hotelzimmer, über den Pool zum Essen. Insbesondere Mai Hoa und das Rezeptionsteam sind uns sehr sehr positiv aufgefallen. Sie haben immer mit hilfreichen Tipps und geholfen und uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt.
Alles in allem ein perfekter Hotelaufenthalt, wenn wir wieder in Da Nang sind, werden wir zu 100% wiederkommen.

Great beachside stay at M Hotel
Pros:

Great beach location. Our spacious room had a wonderful view of the beach. Breakfast was an excellent spread of quality food. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Thankyou to Hoa for her hospitality, the guys in charge of the luggage & front door & the breakfast restaurant staff who did a great job.

Cons:

Was a bit windy at the rooftop pool & space was limited. Pool looked very nice though.

Beautiful, modern rooms and wonderful staff!
Pros:

Beautiful pools, rooms were well styled and taken care of. Lovely team. Went above and beyond for my partners birthday.

Cons:

Room was smaller than we expected, but we didn’t mind as much as our view of the ocean was quite lovely from the side window.

Fabulous rooftop pool, great room view, and excellent location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Pros:

The M Hotel is in a fantastic location. It's right across from My Khe beach without being chaotic and the area is so walkable it allows you to enjoy just wandering. It's also great that there is a food complex and a mini mart right behind the hotel because it adds to convenience. My Khe beach was great too with it's little food stalls and bars/restaurants. I enjoyed just sitting on the loungers just people watching or reading while enjoying a snack and a drink. As for the hotel facilities -- the rooftop pool was just WOW! I did enjoy going for a swim in their infinity pools with the city view on one side and the ocean view on the other. The room was just as great as it looked out onto the beach side and it was enjoyable to see the sunrise or sunset right from my room. I'd stay again the next time i'm in Da Nang.

Cons:

The hotel staff are pleasant and polite but I would have appreciated this hotel more if the staff spoke better English. It was frustrating for me when I was asking if they could steam my linen items and the woman I was speaking with kept repeating to me that they would iron it or launder it without even the slightest understanding of what I was asking. The communication issues were further apparent when I was checking out and I was explaining I lost one key, it took her almost 10 minutes to explain to me that it was a 100k vnd charge and it would be included on the final bill. It was just frustrating because the communications overall felt inefficient.

Rude Staff
Pros:

Great spot, nice spacious room

Cons:

Staff rude throught hotel. Making us stand in the corner near reception until our room was inspected before we could leave a disgrace. We are 65 year old retirees !!!

Beautiful property, great location, amazing pool with incredible views
Pros:

The pools were excellent, perfect temperature and amazing views, friendly staff and able to order nice food and drinks up there while enjoying the views. The location was excellent too. It was clean and the staff overall were very helpful and always polite. We used the spa services and they were fantastic.

Cons:

While extensive, the breakfast buffet was just not to our taste, it had everything you could want but we didn't find the food to be enjoyable. The afternoon tea buffet included with our suite was so disappointing we did not even bother with it after trying it on two days (we stayed four nights). In contrast when we ordered room service it was mostly excellent, unsure why it was such a big quality difference between the buffets and the individual meals we ordered. There were other little things that we noticed - the towels are thin and worn for example, the lifts are overwhelmed by the number of guests, they provide earplugs but the box ours were supposed to be in was empty. But overall it was a great property and I would stay again.
