We had an unbelievable stay at Shangri La, Nanshan. Everything about this Hotel was world class.
Pros:

Loved the location, the breakfast, the wellness center, the interior of the Hotel (lobby, rooms, spa etc) and the friendliness and willingness of the staff to go the extra mile. Special mention to the Concierge Mr Philip Lee and also to the Hotel for upgrading our room for our anniversary. My wife and I are still dreaming about our time there and hope to return one day.

Cons:

There is construction next door, but that didn't really affect our stay in any way. Bath towels were a bit small.

Pros:

Beautiful decor, modern rooms. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The light control was a bit funny; the night light in my room could only be turned on one side of the bed but not both. But didnt bother me much.

Красивый отель и классным видом на залив. Вход очень красивый, как будто зашел в какой то греческий отель.

Cons:

Мы приехали всей семьёй, взяли два номера, был номер с завтраком 2+2. На ресепшене заявили что за двух детей вы должны заплатить за завтрак, как так если черным по белому написано 2+2 (завтрак для этого номера включен), они решали этот вопрос в районе 40-60 минут и по итогу сказали решайте с booking.com сами, это они что то там сами ставят, а мы вашим детям не разрешим идти на завтрак. Начало встречи было очень испорченное и настроение уже не было.
