Beautiful view, beautiful lobby, beautiful rooms
Pros:

Lobby and rooms are beautiful . View of the city is better than the view of the bay. Workout area is a good size.

Cons:

Any and all issues were quickly remedied by the hotel staff. The pool area could use more ambience, and the sauna and steam room were quite small with no view. In instances where breakfast buffet becomes quite busy the hotel should offer complimentary full room service breakfast if requested.

Excellent experience and superb pleasant stay
Pros:

It’s a very beautiful hotel with decent location. The hotel is new and very nicely decorated including the hall, the room, the bar and even the bathroom. We love the hotel so much and the staff have been very helpful and friendly as well.

Cons:

Nothing, except some staff couldn’t understand English very well that my partner has some struggle

Pros:

Truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I was blown away by the amenities and our room was spectacular. Would definitely stay here again if we revisit Shenzhen.

I like the vibe, the decorations and some of the staffs

Cons:

I don't like the club lounge offering too little food options compared to other hotel's clubs.
Also the staffs at Club lounge are not quite helpful actually
