Not my hotel in Shanghai! Sorry ...
Pros:

Concierge booking was effective and attentive..cannot ask for more.

Cons:

Understaffed..I requested for cleaning at 11am but nothing was cleaned when I got back at 3pm. Not acceptable and it took forever to get the luggage before checking out. Their staff had done their best I believed..it is just the poor management. I don't think I would go back again.

جيدة و يمكن الإقامة في الفندق مرة آخرى

موقع جيد ، قريب من البوند ستريت ، 5 دقائق مشي ، يفضل حجز غرفة ذات إطلالة على النهر للإستمتاع بالمنظر العام

توزيع الغرفة بالنسبة للمغسلة و غرفة الأستحمام و غرفة ال WC ، و لكن بشكل عام مقبول
