従業員(男性)の対応が今ひとつ。チェックインして部屋に入るとまだ清掃されておらず、「少し待て」と言われた。普通は別の部屋を直ぐに用意するはず。チェックインをして、フロントに戻るのは本当に嫌なことをまずは理解して欲しい。

It's adjacent with Duta Mall. I didn't stay there, but visited to check in 2 rooms for my boss. The receptionists are smart, explained in details.

Staffs delivered bespoke services, especially the Managers. Applause to the General Manager. Food was amazing, plenty of choices. Loved the room so much, the room lighting was romantically designed. Hopefully have a chance to come back.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The service was prompt, and the staff made thoughtful recommendations for local dishes.
The rooms are newly renovated, staffs always helpful and nice. The location is unbeatable for exploring the city. I just wish that Fugo could lower the room rate , but if you don’t mind to splurge then I guarantee you’ll have the best experience in Banjarmasin.
