We loved the staff. Ariana was the best.

The food at the restaurant was great, the service was amazing, and the pool was our favourite. Would come back here with my entire family again. What an absolutely stunning experience!

Friendliest staff in Bali!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Chesa Canggu. It was my husband’s second time staying here and my first, but it definitely will not be the last.

The resort is in a great location, with so many lovely cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. It made exploring the area really easy and enjoyable. The restaurant at the hotel is also very good and having the option of room service was a big plus for us.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially loved having a balcony to relax on, and the large TV with Netflix was perfect for winding down in the evenings.

The best part of our stay, though, was the staff. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always taking the time to chat and make you feel at home. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, whether it was helping with laundry or helping us put our bags into taxis. Their warmth and attentiveness really made the experience special.

We would absolutely recommend Chesa Canggu and cannot wait to come back.

A beautiful stay with amazing people — I would definitely come back!
Pros:

The property was absolutely beautiful — the pool area feels like a little oasis and the design is very stylish and peaceful. But what really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. You can feel that they really care about the guests. Honestly, they deserve an award for their hospitality.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

This is by far the most memorable stay I’ve had across all my travels. It’s my first time in Bali so I didn’t know what to expect, but the staff were super hospitable and friendly; room was very clean (little to no insects), location was safe, quiet and very near many popular restaurants and beaches, and the view of the hotel is just stunning.

My friend and I unfortunately fell sick during our stay, and the staff helped to call a doctor, checked in on us from time to time, and even offered to provide us with some porridge, bananas, or bread from their restaurant. We felt very well taken care of.

Overall, amazing stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to everyone else. Thank you so much, Chesa!
