Cons:

Vies hotel, we hebben daar niet overnacht en hebben uiteindelijk gekozen voor een andere hotel. De kamers waren zeer vies, er waren overal vliegen en muggen. Helaas zijn we het betaalde bedrag kwijt, zonde. Wel goedkope accommodatie maar het was zeker niet zoals op de foto's.

Pros:

Total scam. The place looked nothing like the pictures. Dirty, unliveable, electricity was down, location isn't in prawirotaman but in the alley near cemetary. I was shocked after looking at the non existing exotic garden ( only unkept weeds) and rundown place. Checked the room just to be sure. Totally busted! I saw it listed in many apps with non refund policy. Another couple arrived just as shocked. I didn't stay long enough to protest. Should banned this place.

If you look for cheapest hotel surrounding by convenience store, and restaurant, come here!
Pros:

The place near to convenience store such as Alfamart and Indomaret. You only need to walk about 100m. There is fried duck restaurant, fried chicken restaurant in front of the hotel. Matahari Jaya Plaza is close to this hotel. The staff is kind, the bed comfort enough. Tourism spot such as sultan place, malioboro is about 3-4 km apart.

Cons:

The bathroom is not too clean. You can make it better🙂
